08/22/18 Maybe things have changed at Parkcrest Medical Supply because my experience was exactly the opposite as that of the initial one star reviewer's review, above from 2015.I was concerned that medical supply companies were seriously overcharging, so I compared Parkcrest's prices with what I could get online, Amazon and elsewhere. In every case, at least with the three items I checked on, Parkcrest's prices were lower. I was rather shocked. But I wasn't gonna look a gift horse in the mouth, so I bought through Parkcrest.There was also the added advantage that they took me into one of the sleep study rooms and showed me exactly how everything worked. Then when I needed the pressure increased on my CPAP machine, I called Parkcrest and they had it adjusted remotely. Very cool. Really nice people too, even when I was being a tad "confrontational."I'm afraid I'm gonna have to give Parkcrest a superior rating for a job well done!
Complete lack of medical record management. Nonexistent customer service. Been a client since approx 2007. Was unable to get a replacement BiPap after trying for over two months. Absolutely no follow up correspondence from company, until I went to a competitor. Scheduled an appointment over the phone , arrived there at scheduled time. They had no record or knowledge of appointment. (4 hour drive, round trip wasted) Multiple calls by MD office elicited the same lack of awareness and confusion form them. As a medical professional (Nurse for over 20 years) I cannot recommend their service to anyone.
This place is the worst have been trying to get my mother her oxygen tanks so she can go to her doctors appointment but she's had to miss two months of appointments because they gave her the runaround when she called to order some .then they say her insurance didn't pay them we have talk to them and they said they have not got a bill so who ever is managing this place has no idea what there doing and they are so rude they will talk to u like ur a child.DONT use them.
One of the absolute worst medical supply companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life. These people claim on their website to treat patients as "family" and offer the best services but I found out the hard way that this is a lie. Do not let this company fool you into their overpriced medical supplies. They claimed to be going out of their way by shipping me equipment, but that is clearly a service offered according to their website. Of which I also paid $10 for the shipping! (Did I mention that the shipping label also states it was only $5.64?) On top of that, they did not indicate at all what they would be charging me and I had to find out only by scanning my credit card statement. But wait, it gets even worse, I had only ordered one piece of equipment and they ended sending me two extra pieces of overpriced supplies and when I called to see if I could return my items (all completely unopened, even the package) they claimed everything was final sale, which was nowhere near mentioned when we spoke on the phone and also nowhere to be found on their website. Gale, whom I was speaking too was very rude, defensive and condescending. It is a shame Richard no longer works there, because he knew a little something about customer service. I will advise all my friends, family and followers to never do business with this shady company and to make sure to everyone reading this that they should be purchasing their supplies through online retailers because it is much cheaper, faster and way more enjoyable experience than what I had to go through. It is already hard having a debilitating sleep disease such as sleep apnea, but to have businesses like this go out of their way to make a quick buck makes me lose even more sleep at night.
This place is so incompetent in handling a simple request for a rollator. They say they have sent faxes when they have not. When who is handling your order is off they claim there is no way they can help you. They do not call you back when they promise to call you. Even the customer service manager will not intervene when someone is off. This business definitely is not designed to provide customer service.
They are the worst medical supplier we have ever worked with. Not only do their supplies take forever to come to us, but when we had issues they were the rudest people on Earth. Beware, they may send you your supplies but if you are expecting quality and helpful care do not work with them.
A DME should provide you with a 24 hour help number and this one DOES NOT so if something happens at 9 pm you are out of luck. Also took several tries to even get a reply when we had an issue with our hoyer and 4 days to get it repaired. Now we are having an issue with our air mattress and it's taking several phone calls to even get a "maybe today" so I guess my husband is supposed to sleep on the metal part of the bed frame. Obviously customer service is not their top priority.
