Placed order for signs, Customized for client and co-brokering. Spent approx 2 hours working on custom template. From my understanding there was a secondary verification. Email was never received or follow up. I find out 10days later order was not processed. I cancelled order with them, they gave a 24 to 48hr process refunds. This was not acceptable since they charged me at the time of order and they did not follow up with the issue. 12+ hours into request for refund, no refund. Working straight through the credit card company now. Issues come up, I understand this. They should have informed me sooner then 10 days later after I called them. Now I have a client that I look bad to, The client keeps asking about the signage. Will not use them again or refer them out.

Our order was placed on 10/1 for a neon sign that we needed for our wedding on 12/9. The website says that turnaround time is 4-5 weeks so we were assured the sign would arrive in time. On 10/25, I checked in to see if there was an ETA on shipment/delivery. We were promised that the sign would be shipped by 10/31 at the very latest. By 11/2 still no package or tracking info. I reached out again; 2 days later was told there was an issue in quality control & they had to fix it because it wouldn't stay on. We were again promised days later that they'd get the sign to us ASAP. We vetted multiple companies for this job but by now our order had been placed over a month ago & we had yet to receive specific info as to when we should have it. We gave 8 wks until our wedding to get this product-but now were quite concerned. By now, we told NeonSignsUSA that if they couldn't guarantee a delivery date, we were not confident that our sign would reach us in time for our event in 3 weeks. Finally on 11/25 we were told the sign had left their shop and was on track for delivery either the 27th/28th. It arrived 11/30--9 weeks after ordering. Upon assembly, 1 of the pieces was defective and didn't turn on. I contacted them immediately but they ceased responding via email by 12/6. They called me on the 7th saying that the best they could do was overnight the piece the next day & I'd have to pick it up from LAX the morning of my wedding! We said that was crazy & expected a full refund on what had become a waste of time and huge let down. Lastly, I got a message from Southwest Airlines that a package from NeonSigns came on 12/20 at LAX, shipped on 12/19-10 days after they knew we needed it for! Not only did they send it after we expressed NO interest in it, but did so without notifying us and shipping it with a “customer to pay upon delivery” requirement. They continue to refuse further communication with us to resolve the issues & give us the refund on our late and unusable product.
Our sign arrived broken the day before our event. It was not usable. I sent an email with many photos the day the broken sign arrived. The company initially responded that they required more photos-which were sent. The company refused further communication and the sign was never fixed and was never able to be used.

The experience was terrible and the quality of signs was even worse. This is a high volume site and my sign was no quality. It turned on fine but died before 2 years.
