Our dogs just started going here for doggie daycare. It is the BEST. First they love going. The whimpering and excitement starts blocks away. They come home tired (what is better than that). The staff loves our guys. I know they are well cared for each day. We have also had them groomed here with great results.

I can't say enough good things about Howl N Woof. The owners and staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have been my lifeline with no experience as a big dog owner. I've had small dogs all my life but never a large one. They helped Polly in so many ways I can't count. She …

From Business: It was my dog's idea, says Robin Perdue, of how the business beganit was part of Dog Vader's dream. Perhaps not all humans take career advice from a canine. But, then, not all companies boast a ( fictitious ) board of directors comprised of four-legged friends. All animals have a voice here, Perdue adds with tongue planted…
Simple summary of our experience with Agape Kennel would be VERY poor customer service. But even worse then the way she treated us was how she interacted with our dogs. The owner of Agape Acres Kennels is anything but a "dog person" which seems very out of place since dogs are her business. Strongly suggest you stay away from this kennel.
It is refreshing to find a doggy boarding place that cares about each visitor and takes time to get to know you and your dog. This place is the absolute best and they go above and beyond to ensure your experience and your dog's experience are great. 5 stars is not enough!!!!
Excellent groomers!!My dogs are getting old, and the mobile service is great for them.If they have ever been groomed with better results, I do not remember it. They looked beautiful with perfect coats and feet and ears! Not only do Jim and Caroline do an outstanding job with every detail of grooming, but they show a sincere concern for the the pets. And if they charge more than some grooming services, it is more than worth the difference. I feel like we got really great value.I look forward to the next time!
This is the BEST place to leave your dogs for boarding. My dog comes home so exhausted from all the playing/exercising they do there that he sleeps for a couple of days.I would recommend that you spend the extra money for a bath at the end.
I have boarded Lady my "special needs dog" with Mike and Nancy several times and have to say that this negative review is way off base. They are ALWAYS out with the dogs in the play yards. My dog is a sweetie but skittish around strangers. Mike and Nancy immediately picked up on this during our first visit and knew exactly how to approach Lady and make her feel very comfortable. I have NEVER seen Lady warm up to anyone as quickly as she did to them. They asked a lot of questions about temperament, past experiences and I could tell that they were determining which play group to put Lady in because on their excellent understanding of dog psychology. I would never hesitate to leave my beloved, spoiled rotten dog with Mike and Nancy. She ALWAYS comes home a little dirty, somewhat exhausted and extremely happy! The negative reviewer mentioned loud barking several times in their review. Well DUH!...thats what dogs do when they are having fun and being dogs. BOTTOM LINE: If your dog is a pampered pooch then this place definitely is NOT for you. If your dog likes to romp and play with others until falling over completely exhausted and totally happy, then this is the place for you.
Ginger is a 5-year old Nova Scota Duck Tolling Retriever that I adopted from Town Lake Animal Shelter 4 years ago. When she came into my home she was one of 3 dogs and 2 people in the house. Through time, the relationship ended, the 15 year old Siberian Husky passed, and then in April my 13.5 year old Chow Shepherd (who was also Ginger's best friend) passed; leaving just me and Ginger in the house. Ginger's behavior immediately changed and she became rather aggressive and overly protective of me and completely out of control around other leashed dogs. I couldn't seem to get her attention, much less control over her. A friend and co-worker recommended Diana at Hearts and Paws, and I am forever in her debt for doing so. Diana worked patiently with me and Ginger, and I won't deny it - it was W-O-R-K, but the rewards have been great. I have so much more control over Ginger now, and she's doing so much better since we started working at Hearts and Paws. Sure, Ginger needs some more work and with time we'll get there, but the changes that Diana helped me to make within this first month with Ginger have been incredible. Diana is patient, understanding and knows dogs better than they know themselves. I can't say enough glowing words about Diana, Chip, Trevor and all the folks at Hearts and Paws. The folks at Hearts and Paws have my heart as well as Ginger's; she loves going there, and I have complete faith in the staff that she gets the best care and attention possible. P.S. I suspect that Ginger has a little crush on Chip - she will go anywhere with him! LOL
