We have been working with A Deal (Arnold) and his family run business for over 5 years, these guys are always our go to plumbers for every issue, dependable, affordable, trustworthy, always follows up by EOD, and we all know that is not the case with many. Arnold has worked on all of our houses here in Austin downtown and NW Hills - has always been a great experience.
YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU HIRE THEM. I hired Lucio to restore a concrete floor in a rental unit. He sent Alfonso to do the job. After less than two hours on the job (including a lunch break), he wanted his money. The job did not look like the floor had been touched at all. I was told that it was a miscommunication and Alfonso did not know that he was suppose to buff the floor. The "service" or lack of service is a joke. They are demanding full payment on a job that wasn't done and threatening to get their lawyer involved. Seriously, steer clear of this company!!!!!!!

Sales: David was prompt and professional and conveniently made an appt. on the weekend. He also brought samples which he used to demonstrate the product. It was the demonstration that sold me.Follow-up: All visits were made at my convenience. Michael (the measurement technician) was helpful and quite informative about the process. He presented me with a written process which Renewal by Andersen followed to the letter (no surprises)Installation: The team was on time. They were professional and extremely polite. I was greeted by the team leader who introduced the entire team. When another job ended early and second team was sent to work on my job and this decreased the installation by one day. They left all of the areas as clean as they found them. Tom and his team did an outstanding job. The City of Austin permitting process went smoothly and the Renewal by Andersen staff provided me with all of the materials I needed.
Said he could help me made appointment with me waited 2 hours never came also would not call back or answer phone. Ck all good reviews are from same month and year. 03 2016 seems a little fishey to me

Rodrick was hired to paint a newly textured ceiling. He was on time for our quote, easy to communicate with, and on time for the install. His pricing was fair for the task. I am happy with the job that he performed on the ceiling. I could tell the he took the time to make sure it was done correctly the first time and he used quality materials. I would have been very easy to use cheap paint and put more money in his pocket, but he did not do that. I appreciate that! He is saved as a permanent contact for future handywork!

Very good at what they do I have been threw a lot of handyman and contractors but I have found my go to guy's did a very good job on my house painting so I wanted them to paint my 82 year old mother's house and he gave us a 19% discount on the full house painting and there reason for giving us the discount was they love taking care of family Austin's number 1 contractor pick this guys they will do a good job.
