I love this movie theater! It's great when you have a movie you weren't crazy about, but still want something to do that is cheap. The movies here are only $2 and they are constantly changing which movies they are showing. It may take a few weeks for the brand new movies to reach this theater, but for the price, you can't beat it. I've never seen the theater busy or packed, so plenty of room to find a seat and the seats are very comfortable.
Central Market is always my go to store for picking up a quick dinner. Their ready made items are always great; I really love the Chicken Tortilla soup. However, I don't get all of my regular grocery items there, I can find those cheaper at other places.
This is my favorite theater in Austin. It shows foreign and artsy films that the mainstream theaters do not show. It is easy to get to and park and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The only problem I have with this theater is that the lobby can get noisy and the staff some…
Okay like really why charge full kids price for a one year old....like the kid is really going to pay attention to a love story or action movie....even ""G"" movie...\r I think they should not charge for a 1 year old if its not a ""G"" Movie....
20. Hideout Theatre
I love the Hideout on Monday nights. With the open-mic poetry. Awesome stuff. The service is good. I love the hot and cold coffee's and especially the hot chocolate. Yummy! Oh and for the Open mic poetry. Anyone can feature. It's like the coolest thing ever. Very inspiring. Austin Rocks!

From Business: Cold beer, hot movies and delicious food. Our zero tolerance policy for talking and texting in the theater ensures an amazing cinematic experience for dinner, drinks and events!
The Ritz prices & service cannot be beat! Laid back scene that does not cater to the conformists of the downtown scene. If you want a place to just hang with out the preppy scene you have it at the Ritz. It's become an Austin necessity.
The Alamo Drafthouse at the Ritz will be playing An Audience of One March 30th and 31st. It's a funny, yet chilling documentary about a pentacostal minister whose vision of a big budget film goes wrong. It's an intriuguing look into the lives of people whose faith drives them to do crazy things.…

A kickass experience every time! The only way the family enjoys going to the movies. Keep up the excellent viewing experience!
nothing too special, the decor is pretty lame, but I mean, it's a pretty cheap movie theater, especially on Tuesdays.
You can't beat a $2 matinee. Comfortable seating and cherry-vanilla Dr. Pepper. What's not to like?
