System constantly malfunctions, customer service is ride, had to pay to get out of contract because it was cheaper than the tickets we were getting from the police for false alarms.

Steve was very prompt, was willing to go to work on my case right away and he even helped me out on a holiday weekend. I appreciate his police background and true desire to get results and answers.
I am a 21 year customer of Allsafe security. The owner installed my system. There seems to have been a billing issue a number of months ago. I talked to Sara to try to understand where the problem was.( I have automatic withdrawal ) Sara was extremely helpful and together we concluded where th…
Pete King with CSG installed a new security system at our establishment and he truly went above and beyond in regards to customer service. Not only was he a friendly guy, but he was VERY knowledgeable, CLEAN, prompt and thorough. He made sure we all knew how to operate the system and made himsel…
Applied Materials have the worst Security. Older officers work hard, do overtime hours from young officers calling off, when confidential bins need to be empty they call the senior citizen officers to do it. They have no security at night only a supervisor what is he supervising if you have no officers on duty, Applied Materials had a layoff Sept 09, 2015. Lott came around on 3rd shift telling all 3rd shift officers they where to go back down to main office for reassignment. Performance nor seniority counted. 4 post open on 2nd shift that needed to be filled at Amat. After asking T. Grey human resource at Securitas why this didn't happen they then offered 3rd shift officers a position on 2nd shift, One Supervisor that L.Lott hired use to work for Applied, she runs around looking lost and confused, She was with Security for less than 2 months and promoted to Supervisor after E. Castillo was told by L.Lott Thomas Edwards did not want him sign-in as a Shiftlead he had to sign-in as a relief officer. Blaming the other. Officer of the month was to be giving monthly. Since Securitas contract account 2014-2015 officer of the month presented 5 times. Recent less than that. In 2015 a stripper started working under L.Lott . When she started working until the time she left (worked a year) she was giving some type of reward 4 times. Management hasn't never done this. L.Lott knows T.Edwards have been romantically involved with Security Officers and I believe this is the reason L.Lott does what he want to. L.Lott would put his name on open post as site supervisor and never show. He would tell off-going supervisor to leave keys and cell phone inside desk. Keys stayed until next supervisor after L.Lott would come retrieve them. L.Lott he is also over schedule and payroll, prior to L.Lott becoming manager of security the job was being paid salary. when T.Edwards named L.Lott manager of security, the job became a hourly pay job instead of being paid salary. How convenient is that?
Warning!!! This company does not pay their employee's and if they do decide to pay you it will be with a "HOT CHECK" after the owner screams and throws a temper tantrum and has an emotional crying breakdown that he owes IRS and he can't afford to pay me, but still begging people to continue to work and still refusing to pay employment wages.I have explained to the owner I do not work for free. I received a payroll check on January 6, 2017 and as of today the check is still no good. It has now been 13 days and I still can't collect my unpaid wages or have a civil conversation with the owner. I am now turning the hot check and the recorded screaming messages over to the Travis County District Attorney, which in Texas is a Felony. In my opinion a Security company should not operate a business that can't make payroll and then when I ask to be paid he turns the conversation into an argument claimingI didn't show up to work, which is complete nonsense and a deflection move from the unpaid wages and his hot check.I have almost a $2000 "HOT CHECK" plus additional week of pay that is owed to me. Having to contact an attorney and the DA and the Texas workforce commission to get what this man owes me is deplorable and unprofessional. I am not the only person he has done this to.You can't dispute a HOT PAYROLL CHECK you can only pay the check off to avoid legal ramifications.
Absolute worst company! The guards with this company impersonate law enforcement all the time and the company purposely displays "Ranger" on the back of their uniform to impersonate law enforcement. We hired this company to provide security for our apartment community and we received complaints all the time from our tenants. We have since fired them and would NEVER hire this company again. They have since been reported to the private security bureau.
Smith Protective is the largest and oldest privately-held security company in Texas. Smith Protective Services has the experience and expertise to offer you a full range of superior security services.
Customer Service has been horrid. As a customer of 7 years I can honestly say the only thing they do promptly is direct bill my credit card. A few years back in New England we suffered back to back storms which knocked out power for more than a week at a time, and the system hasn't worked since. When I called to cancel service they convinced me to continue with upgraded equipment. I had called years ago to cancel, but hadn't fulfilled my three year contract, and they never followed up with getting my system working. Like a unused gym membership I barely noticed the monthly charge, and always thought when I saw it, I should cancel that. Now I've brand new equipment that isn't working with the door on/off panels. Great, a month has gone by, and I'm getting bills and they are getting paid, but I still don't have a system that works.
Went to the Bingo hall (big star) and the security guard tells my husband very rude pull your d**n pants up or you can't go in so he pulls his pants up and we go about our business. He follows us in goes and tells manager something in his ear. I said wait I want to know what's going on. So he says oh he can stay just go tell him to tighten his belt so I send my sister to tell him to "tighten" his belt which by the way his shirt was just short and the security guard follows which he told us to go tell him so he stands up and tightens his belt w/ an attitude cause he's not a thug we own our own business and our professional well security guard says no you gotta get the h*** out of here. My husband says I want to talk to a manager and so he says you can talk to one outside so we go outside and my husband still asking for the manager and he says get the hell out of here or I will throw you out of this d*** parking lot. Mind you he grabs my husbands arm and has his hand on his gun the whole time. Like really? You are a darn rent a cop he just wanted to pick on someone that day maybe shoot someone and my husband was his target. I will be doing something about this. His name is J Ramos and he's is Hispanic. We ended up calling real police officers and they agreed that he was just trying to start crap and that they always act as a cop when they aren't. I WILL make sure this matter gets taken care of for sure. He's a prick.
this company also has p.p.o.level 4work and is widely known for its good officerssharp and neat looking. well trained in the field of security.
I purchased a system, fantastic customer service and even better security system.
I would recommend staying away from protect america. Their wireless system malfunctions a lot and will result in you not using the system or having false alarms and having to may the police for showing up after a false alarm. Also they will not let you get out of the contract even after you had the sensors replaced numerous times.
