Overall
Everything was all nice and ...

Everything was all nice and fine UNTILL you move in.

everything in the reviw below me is right on par.

i do not understand how they think they are doing a good job, the staff is RUDE and they just flat out dont care.

they do not care about break in's, they do not care about your safety, and will not care about fixing anything.

They flat out told me that mid to upper 80's was all they could get my AC system to do, and thats going to have to be ok.

It makes no difference bringing up anything, because the same crap service goes all the way up to the owners.

The "pet friendly" office theme is cute at first, until you find out the place is over run by cats.

WILD cats will come out and enjoy the trash left out by the dumpster for days, and then sleep infront of your doors.

again, they wont care.

the work by the pool area (very unsafe) has been like that for months now.

and the trash around is not just a "one off" thing

Overall
This property has several seri...

This property has several serious problems. I have lived at Tramor at the Hills for years. It was good for at first but then I noticed problems.

Examples of issues:

The big pool was close for a months because some of our tenants had a party and took their drinking and smoking to the pool. They started a fire at the pool. The weekend parties have been a problem for a while. The drunks love the pool at night. Well, they drink at the pool day or night. When you move in, you have to sign pool rules but the office never makes anyone follow the rules.

Parking is a real problem at night and the weekends. Many weekend nights, I have to park very far from my apartment. This sucks when I have groceries to carry. I don't live close to parking in the first place. I saw a car towed this week because they were parked in the covered parking. The office will have that car towed but not all the broken down cars. There is a green car by the mailboxes that has not moved for months. Low class to say the least! The office knows about the problem but they say they cannot do anything about it.

Safety has become a real problem. Cars are being broken into. Strange people that do not live on the property are walking around. You think they would get some security after all the problems.

On the south side of the large pool, there was hole that was taped off for weeks. Really, they could not fix that in a week? I walk to the stores all the time and have seen the same rotten wood outside on buildings and walkways for years. It makes me feel like I live in a slum.

Lighting is questionable. There are some sidewalks and stairs that have no light. I keep falling on the way back from my car. They could replace the lights more often. This has been a problem for awhile. I told the office but no change as of yet.

Dog's pooh is bad. On those walks I talked about, people will just leave the dog pooh right in front of me. It is not my job to turn people in but there is a lot of doggy pooh on the property. I stepped in it a couple of times getting my mail.

The mildew was bad in my bathroom when I moved in. I told the office but the guy just put more caulking on top of the mildew and now it is worse. This is how most things are fixed. The leak was fixed just as poorly. The people next door called about the AC. The maintenace came to fix it but it still did not run right. They complained but it did not do much good.

We have valet trash that we are forced to pay but this only causes more problems. People put out bags of trash that the cats and other animals can get into. The office staff will tell you that the animals are eating food that people leave out for the stray cats. If the office thinks you feed the cats, they will evict you but will do nothing if you leave uncovered trash out. That make NO sense. The trash put out at night is the big problem not the cat food. People just do not follow the trash rules. We do not have trash serves on Saturday and Sunday night but people still but the trash out. It looks like on big dumping ground some weekends! So, people should have to take their trash out and not leave it at their doors creating a buffet for the wild life!

The rent has gone up about $40 everytime I renew. I asked about that and was told that they are charging more because of the bad economy. More people are renting and this drives up the demand for apartments. Wow, taking advantage of people and not even denying it. The thing is that the places up the street are running about the same price and look better. Real a bad value for what you get!

When you come to look at the property, do not just look at what the office walks you by. Come while they are closed Sunday daytime. Then come Saturday and Sunday night. Do this a couple of times before you make up your mind.
