The Steam Team

Our experience with the Steam Team was horrible. They steal things from you. Our neighborhood tree fell on our roof on 10/23/15. When we contacted our home insurance company, they sent the Steam Team guys that evening to put a dehumidifier and help out with moving furnitures out. A week after they came back and put a tarp on the roof. We were impressed how they were prompt and good at their job until last Thursday (4:40 pm on 11/5/15). Three guys came in and they were supposed to demolish the ceiling in the damaged room but they told us that it had to be inspected further. When they left the house, I nothiced that my husband's Nike running shoes (they were my gift for our wedding anniversary and weren't even a month old!) were gone. The shoes were on the shelf in the entrance way and that's where we keep all of our shoes. I filed a complaint to the company early next morning (9 am on 11/6/15) and gave them the receipt of the property. They were apologetic and said it would be under investigation and told us to keep looking for the shoes. Like I said before, we keep all of our shoes on the shelf in the living room and there's no chance that we could have misplaced them! Since then there hasn't been any communication from the company. I am planning on reporting this to BBB and other review sites as well. Do not trust this company!

This is the second time I have used the Steam Team. In both cases, the results went beyond my expectations. I also needed some re-stretching done, and they also referred

me to a local company to take care of that. Fair price and quality work.

I was in a hurry to have my rental house carpet stretched so that I could have it ready to rent to prospects. I called the Steam Team and they responded very quickely. Their employee, Matt Hagebusch arrived on time, gave me an estimate and proceded to stretch the carpet. He was very personable and explained all I needed to know. I was very satified with Matt and would not hesitate to call him again for myself and to recommend him to others.

Being a single, young teacher, I can not afford much. I decided to move into a more affordable apartment and desperately needed to professionally clean my carpets so I wouldn't get charged for stains. The Steam Team was reasonably priced, available when I needed, and extremely educated. I did not feel like they were talking over me or selling me some sales pitch. They were honest and very helpful. When I noticed a spot was not out, I called and they came back with no complaints and got the stain out! I am extremely impressed! I would recommend them to anyone.

The Steam Team is a great company. They are friendly, professional, and excellent at cleaning or restoring carpets and furniture. I have a dog that is still being house trained. So whenever I am having guests over, I call the Steam Team to come clean my place. They clean the carpets and furniture so they look and smell like new! Now, I don't have to forfeit dinner parties because of my new puppy!

In the past, I had used The Steam Team when I needed my carpet and upholstery cleaned. Recently, I needed my air ducts cleaned so I chose The Steam Team because I have always been satisfied with their work and service. And this time was no different. I can say that I have never been so impressed as I am with this company because they consistently provide the quality I expect. I will continue to use The Steam Team and recommend them in the future. Keep up the great work!

Recently, I called The Steam Team to schedule an appointment for having my travertine tile cleaned. I was given a reasonable quote and was assured that the end result would be amazing. I am so impressed with this company. Both the employees and service were excellent. Everyone I talked to throughout the cleaning process was helpful and attentive and my tile has never looked better! I will continue to use The Steam Team in the future and will take advantage of their many other services!

I desparately needed to get my carpets cleaned and a good friend recommended that I try The Steam Team. I am so glad that I took his advice because my carpets have never looked better! Even more, the service I received was probably the best I have had in a long time. The gentleman cleaning the carpets was extremely kind as well as prompt, professional, and thorough. I just had them out yesterday and was very impressed. I tried calling everyone in town to get a last second cleaning and they were the only ones that could fit me in. I was a little hesitant to use them because they aren't the cheapest in town, but the extra money I spent was worth it. They are awesome!

I thought I called Stanley Steamers and I accidently called this company. They did not move any furn. and did not do any spot cleaning. I have had much better service!
