We bought a bullfrog hot tub from Premier, in Austin Texas,
about a year ago. It is a big expense, and I am an unusually
cheap and non-materialistic guy, but I am really happy that
we did it. I have back problems, and the tub works as well
as a half hour of yoga. I especially appreciated the straight
forward and low pressure sales approach, and have appreciated
Premier's help (with routine maintenance, the tub has been
entirely trouble free) since we bought the tub.
We went to a bunch of places before Premier, and were
entirely turned off by the fast talking sales people, especially
those eager to bad mouth competing products. I use the
tub any night that it is even mildly cool, it is one of the very
few things that I own that has genuinely improved my life.
If you are interested in getting a tub (and if you have
back problems, I strongly recommend it), then you cannot
do better than Premier.

We bought a bullfrog hot tub from Premier in Austin Texas about a year ago. After shopping around and enduring a lot of high pressure sales garbage, Premier was a welcome relief. Easy going, straight forward people, obviously expert at what they do, and no sales pressure of any sort. We have had no problems at all with the tub, and for each instance of routine maintenance the Premier folks have been friendly and helpful. Indeed they have talked us out of buying some products (from them) that they felt would be a waste of money. I am not at all a materialistic person, there are perhaps 4 objects that I have that I would miss if they were stolen. The tub is one of them, and happily too heavy to take. We use it every evening when it is even mildly cool, and many evenings when it is not. I have back problems, the tub is as effective as a half hour of yoga. If you are looking to get a hot tub (and if you have back problems, I strongly recommend it), you cannot do better than Premier.

I live with my daughter and her husband. They bought a hot tub from Premiere Hot Tubs and it was delivered today. I went hot tub shopping with them and this company by far had the best showroom and the staff was so pleasant. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and I cant wait to soak in the hot tub. Thank you to all the staff at Premiere Hot tubs for helping my daughter and her husbands transaction to be smooth and easy and for delivering a beautiful hot tub. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a spa :).

First time Hot Tub owners. After extensive research on the internet. We visited several Hot Tub stores in the Austin area, ended up at Premier Hot Tubs. Bill asked several questions to see what we were looking for and our needs. He very patiently answered multiple questions and showed us some models that were what we were looking for. Went home looked over the brochures, did some more research, even emailed Bill Meyer a couple of more questions which he answered within 8 hours.
Returned to Premier and purchased the SportX 131 and an additional Jet Pack from Jeff Steinhausen, who proved extremely knowledgeable about the products.
Kensey set up a delivery time for the following week.
Wonderful experience highly recommended.

My wife and I purchased a Clearwater Spa from Bill over a year and a half ago and recently we experienced a warranty issue which we thought would take up to 1-2 weeks to correct. Needless to say, I e-mailed Bill at 8:15am with my issue and he was able to pinpoint the problem based on the error codes I was receiving and also how the hot tub was operating/functioning. Believe it or not, he had a technician out that afternoon between 1pm-3pm to fix the warranty issue and my wife and I were able to use the Hot Tub that very same night.
Overall, our Hot Tub pre-purchase experience and post-purchase experience has been phenomenal at Premier Hot Tubs and when we go to purchase our second Hot Tub I can guarantee you I will not look anywhere else.
Bill and Kensey are definitely passionate about what they do and it shows…... Thanks!

I knew exactly what I wanted before going in: a smaller tub, salt water, and i wanted in immediately.
They supported exactly what I wanted and made sure and pulled strings to get the hot tub too me ASAP.
They are so easy to deal with even more so after the purchase, helping me get water balanced, etc....
The business has more of a local feel, no you feel you are getting the quality of attention you want.

Clearwater is an excellent brand of spa. Bill Meyer at Premiere is an excellent dealer. No pressure (except water). Patiently answered all my questions, provided lots of information, and has gone out of his way to be helpful and provide support both before and after the sale. Very happy with my decision to buy a Clearwater Spa from Bill. Premiere and Bill are highly recommended. The spa is superb.
Update 22 Jan 2011: Bill has responded instantly to a relatively minor warranty issue on the spa. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This was my third Hot Tub purchase and by far the best. Kensey and Bill were not only knowledgeable but provided excellent customer service. In fact, Bill made sure that I got more bang for the buck. I had picked out my tub and he got me more tub for my money. The whole experience was wonderful and I have enjoyed my tub.
If you are looking to make this type of purchase and want to know that someone will always be there for you when you need them, go with Premiere Hot Tubs and Bill's Team.

We purchased a preowned clearwater spa from our neighbors in Ft. Worth, TX. We needed supplies & filters so we contacted Bill at Premiere Hot Tubs. He responded by email and phone and promptly mailed the supplies to us. He has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Premiere Hot Tubs.

My friends tell me that glaciers move faster than I do when buying anything that matters. I do a lot of research and evaluate all the possible options. My wife had been wanting a Hot Tub for a year or more and I had narrowed the manufacturers down to two or three - a Bullfrog was one of the finalists.
I next toured the dealers in Austin to make a selection. Of the stores I visited the people at Premiere Hot Tubs were the easiest to talk to and made me feel very comfortable with long term service and support - plus they offered several models that fit my budget.
I returned to the store a number of times until we dialed in the model and accessories. With each visit I become more impressed with the product and more importantly with the people at Premiere. Kensey and Bill were both patient and knowledgeable during the selection process.
The delivery took place on the day promised and the installation was efficient and professional. I am happy to say that we now have a great spa in the yard. We spend a lot more time in the tub than I thought we ever would, and I wonder why I waited so long.
Thanks Kensey and Bill for all your help and a great experience.

We met Bill at the showroom. He couldn't have been nicer. He wrote down everything we were looking for in a spa. He showed us all spas. We told him that we couldn't get anyone to come fix our old spa. He gave us information that we could use involving repair, guarantees, etc. and that he and his company would do the rest.
He kept us informed, orderd the crane, came out and took time to go through the procedure.
We love our spa and since Premiere installeed it, my joint pain has gone away. We can actually talk while the spa is running. With our old one, we couldn't. It was just so loud. The crane picked up the tub, took it over our house and gingerly place it in the hole on our deck. Just a regular company couldn;t do that. It was beautiful .
We can't say enough nice things about the service we received. Thanks to Bill and his company and the many workers on his team. I have lots of pictures if you are interested.

Premium Spas in Austin has the worst customer service i have ever experiences, A man named Bill was trying to sell us something we did not want, he was pushy and rude, He was not listening to us and was so overpowering. I would never buy my Hot Tub from a guy like this!
This is a quick way to closing your doors! It was so obvious the guy hadnt sold anything and wanted to milk us for every penny, he changed the price 3 times!
Stay away from this place!
After finding that someone writing under 3 different profile names, chose to write essentially the same review at 3 different sites we did some rather detailed research. We found that these reviews were written by an unscrupulous competitor. We have a great many very happy clients who have chosen to write of their experiences with us. We were hoping for a good spa experience, We met Bill at the showroom, He was rude and only spoke about how bad everyone elses spas were. Place looks nice but i would never do business with such a person.
I would not recomend at all! Acted as if he knew everything and we were ignorant!

Just want to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to Bill Meyer at Premiere Hot Tubs. He has taken so much time teaching us everything we needed to know about hot tub care and use. Every time I need him for advice he is always available. In addition to Bill we also have Kensey how is more than happy to help in any way. The team he has that delivers and sets up the hot tubs are the nicest couple of guys you'd want to meet. They were ever so careful setting it in exactly the right place and also provide helpful instruction on site. Cannot say enough about how great the set up was completed. Premiere Hot Tubs... in my opinion ""The only way to go"" if you want it done right.

I cannot say enough great things about Premiere Hot Tubs. We purchased a Bull Frog spa from Kensey and Bill, who met us on a Sunday to try out a spa. Once our spa arrived, our foundation was not ready, and Kensey worked with us to have the spa delivered on OUR schedule. After receiving the spa, we had to wait a week to get a new meter box from another excellent service, Mike Short, AC Electric. We had forgotten some instructions on chemicals, so we called Bill at 7:00 on a Friday evening, and he patiently answered all of our questions!
We purchased a hot tub and gazebo from Bill a few years ago. We have always found him to be extremely honest, knowledgeable and available whenever we needed help. Recently we had an issue in regardst to our gazebo and found Bill to be a man of his word. If you happen to be thinking of buying a hot tub we recommend Premiere Hot Tubs for your purchase.
