Incorrect order

I ordered a valance and 2 pillows from their website. When the order came (which did take a couple weeks, but I wasn't in a hurry to receive it), only 1 of the 3 items was what I wanted. The valance that was pictured on their website had a scalloped bottom, but when it came it had a straight bottom. Both pillows were different even though I ordered a quantity of 2 of the same line item, so I assumed I was ordering the same kind of pillow. I called the manufacturer, who shipped the items directly to me and had to leave a message. Have not received a phone call back. I called the 800 number and was told to fill out the online form under ""contact us"" and he also gave me an e-mail address to send pictures to: support@paulshomefashions dot com. I filled out the online form as well as sent a separate e-mail with pictures. I have not received a phone call or e-mail response and it has been a few days. I finally called back the 800 number so that I could just return the items because I have gotten nowhere in trying to resolve the issue. Again, I'm told to go online and fill out the form to get return instructions within 24 hours. So, I did that and funny how now I get a response that the manufacturer is sending me the correct pieces. We shall see if/when I receive them.

They will take your money....

Extremely UNHAPPY with my experience with PAUL""S HOME Fashions. I ordered bedding that took over 6 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it did not resemble what I ordered. When i returned it within one week, and paid for this shipping cost, they refunded only $324 of a $435 purchase. So doing buiness with these people cost me an astounding $111 for nothing!! they label it ""return charges"". SO BUYERS BEWARE...they will steal your money!

Extremely happy with Pauls Home Fashion online service. Ordered my bedding set on 9/23 and recieved on 9/28. My comforter set was exactly as described and I couldn't believe how fast it was shipped. I will certainly do business with Pauls again. By the way, the price was fantastic-Dillards wanted $399 for the same set-Bed, bath and beyond wanted 279. With Pauls it was $239 and free shipping. WOW!

I wish I would have researched this company before I ordered my bedding. The price was right and the website was great. I placed the order a month ago and received my confirmation that my order was received. Two weeks later I hadn't heard anything. I placed a call to the contact number and was promptly told my bedding came in on the load that was received today. I suggested the company send out emails regarding the delay in shipment. I was told ""oh an email was supposed to be sent"". Now, 30 days later, I receive an email stating my item has shipped and here is the tracking number....that line was BLANK. I then loged back on to the website and signed in under ""my account"" and it says I haven't placed an order. Great... NOW what?? I am beginning to think I was scammed out of my $111. I do not suggest ever ordering from this man and surely never will again.

Three months, four emails and four phone calls later I still do not have my order. He does not return emails. He has hung up on me. When I asked for a refund he said he would refund $166 out of the $197. Do not order from this company.

Misleading information

I ordered something from Paul's on-line because their site had free shipping and said trouble free 30-day returns. I received the merchandise and it was drastically different looking than the picture on-line and the picture on the outside of the actual packaging. I emailed Paul about returning the item and he was unapologetic, he said I could return the item but he would charge an $80 return fee plus the cost of shipping back the item. So if I returned the item I would lose $110! That was more than a 1/3 of the price of the item! He was unwilling to compromise and had no customer service skills. A shame really...stores should be much more upfront about ""s/h fees"". I would never have ordered the item if I knew it would cost that much to return.

Excellent deal and fast shipping

I ordered a beautiful bedding set and some sheets from this company one evening. The next morning I received an email stating that it had already shipped! It arrived a couple of days later in excellent condition. I did my homework and they had the absolute LOWEST price for the item and because I spent over $100.00 the shipping was free. I highly recommend this company. They are fast and reliable.
