I have been a client of Duncan for about 4 years. I think if you are unfamiliar with the approach of Chinese medicine and expect to give syptoms and then get a pill or needles stuck in you to cure the problem then you will be disappointed. There is an in depth interview process because similiar symptoms can come form different causes. So in response to the previous review one of the strengths of this practice is that the conversation is about you and not about the practice. Duncan works hard with his clients to find what the issues are and it is important to understand that the process of healing is not a ones shot deal.
One unexpected area that I have always beens impressed with is his treatment of injuries. I participate in martial arts and basketball and have injured different areas of my body. His treatments have yielded for better results than any doctor I have ever been to.
If there is any criticism I would have it is that at time Duncan can seem a little distant and clinical. But I attribute that to the fact that you are there to receive a service that requires a certain degree of objectivity. I would recommend Duncan to any one who is serious about to taking a long term serious approach to improving their health.

I'm not sure who wrote the last review, but it doesn't seem to be by anyone who actually was a patient of the clinic. When I pulled up it was in a run-down house surrounded by what looked to be a private junk yard but I just told myself, ""don't judge a book by it's cover."" During the interview with Duncan and Fun I felt very uncomfortable. Duncan was leading the interview even though my appointment was with Fun. Then he started telling her what he recommended for me. When I started questioning him and her about their training, experience, and experience with my condition, which I'll keep private, he was very distant and kept trying to turn the conversation back to me. He didn't seem to welcome my questions which made me even more suspicious. I'm glad I only had a consultation appointment and not a treatment scheduled.

Alternative Approach to Prescriptions, caring atmosphere; acupuncture combined with massage is the best treatment for common neck strain and muscle soreness. I alway feel wonderful after being at this wonderful clinic. Let Duncan and Hanah do their ""magic"".
