This place is the best! So much better than the big corporate dealers. I always go to these guys for parts and tires! Prices are so cheap, and they get most stuff in within a day or two. They are just awesome. Go there, call them, check out their site- what ever just use these guys!

This shop is the best bike shop in Austin. I bought my bike one year ago from Dan and they have been so helpful to me. I feel like more than a customer when these guys help me out. I will be buying my next bike from Napalm and would recommend the same to anyone wanting to buy a motorcycle.

So I went to Napalm Motorsports this weekend to check out a used bike they had. From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and eager to assist me. I liked walking in and being greeted with respect and genuine interest.

I worked with Ken in regards to purchasing the used bike I was interested in. He was very friendly and really made me feel welcome. I like working with someone who provides the same level of superior service regardless of the amount of money spent.

I purchased my Victory Vision and in regards to the Victory...OMG the best ride I have ever experienced. In regards to Napalm,well, Ti the owner is awesome, very experienced rider and as for an owner will do whatever it takes to make his customers happy.

These guys are legit, they go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, if they make a mistake, they correct it (they are human too) great staff, beautiful bikes! They also have awesome events! keep up the great work guys!

I have had very good experiences with the service dept. I needed a new back tire, so I searched out prices on the internet and then went looking in town. They were the only place in town that had the tire I wanted and their price for it was the same as the lowest internet price. Can't beat that! Literally. Also they were super nice and cool.

I had a great experience working with Chris the service manager at Napalm. He seemed exceptionally knowledgeable of my Husky TR 650 and now that I've found them they are the only shop who will get my business.Bravo!

Took my wife's 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit in for work in August. It had set up for months and the carbs were gummed up. Excellent work! The work was done quickly, accurately and within my budget. Ask for Chris, He took care of me and made sure my experience at Napalm was top notch.

These guys are amazing! I had a chain that almost came off my bike and started swinging sideways. The guys got on it right away since it wasn't safe to continue to ride. They also found (and showed me) how the sprockets were all eaten up. They took care of those quick fixes because they are enthusiasts and care about their customers and their customer's bikes. I didn't even buy the bike there! Their customer service is the best!!!

These guys are awesome. I came in on during the ROT rally weekend to get new tires, inspection and oil change and everyone was really nice. Daniel the salesman took a lot of time to talk to me about the new and used bikes while I was waiting. Mike the parts guy spent a lot of time over several days getting the right tires ordered. Dan the mechanic was really detailed and took the time with my complicated bike to get everything right. Barry the manager took time to make sure everything was done right and Blair helped out too.

Daniel was a great sells associate, very informative and helpful. Nice people that work there and willing to help you out. Excellent service and great prices. Able to get my new bike ready within day of purchase.

Napalm blew me away with some excellent deals. Barry and Daniel helped me out with getting the perfect fit on a new pair of boots and a new helmet today. Amazing customer service couldn't be more pleased with them.Great shop, 5 stars easy and will be going back soon!

Ive been dealing with Napalm over 8 years, they are sincere and honest, nobody beats their tire pricing, as a matter of fact, they will usually match any price on anything out there, above all, they always made me feel like family, and thats huge for me, they always have coffee or offer a soda, if you have any questions, they will have or find the answers you need, they are the only motorcycle shop i wil get my two bikes worked on, thnx Napalm

Purchased a new Victory Gunner from them and am very pleased with overall experience. My first contact with Napalm was a salesman named Daniel. He took time to answer all questions. I purchased this Motorcycle sight unseen from 240 miles away, I could of dealt closer to home but the way these two talked with me and kept me informed was great. The walk around on the motorcycle with the lead mechanic was extremely informing. It could not of been better. And one last comment about Daniel, he was the first person I spoke with on this purchase, and the last person that shook my hand as I drove off the lot. He did take care of me.Thanks Daniel, the bike is AWESOME!!!!

I don't really know what to say about this place except I do wish I could give them 0 stars. This is where I found the bike I wanted, went in to buy the bike, 8 days later I am able to leave with it, FINALLY! Only to have to return again to sign a SECOND version of the title. Not too big of a deal, but, annoying nevertheless. Especially after taking off work BOTH TIMES and driving 30 miles across Austin to sign something I was told had been taken care of. So, I thought that was the end of my troubles with them and I could now enjoy my bike, WRONG! I recieved a letter from the county saying my Title had been rejected due to an error in completing the paperwork. I called Napalm they said it was under control and it should be in my hands soon. My temporary tags have now expired and I have this beautiful piece of metal sitting uselessly in my garage all due to the poor management of the paperwork at Napalm. I reccommend going ANYWHERE ELSE!

Best Motorcycle Shop in Austin!!!! I've taken my bike here many times and they have fixed it perfectly every time. The owner is honest and has a sense of humor. I'm looking to purchase a motorcycle (Hopefully a Victory) in the near future and this is the place where I will purchase one (The sales guys are very friendly and helpful). The only issue I had was lack of signage (I passed by it the first time); They should put a motorcycle (or something eye catching) on the top of their sign.
