Overall
Horrible service, poor customer service

It's never pretty when a long-time stylist leaves a salon, but I was amazed at how poorly Maximum Fx handled the departure of one of their long-time veteran stylists.

I wasn't told that he had left or that they had booked me with another stylist---they didn't even see fit to mention it when they gave me a reminder call the day before the appointment. This is poor, poor service--kind of felt baited and switched.

I didn't expect them to hand over the stylist's new contact info but give me the option of keeping the appointment and re-booking with the stylist of MY choosing at the very least.

Poor form. Won't be going back there again.

Not that great

I went to Erica at the Circle C location. I asked her to cut a one-half of an inch and she took about three to four. I was trying to grow my hair out so I was quite disappointed. I know it's sometimes standard for stylists to do this, but it's still very frustrating. I think they should listen to what the customer wants, and not just do their own thing.
