Lone Star Carpet

What a terrible experience. I was forced to deal with this company for a carpet repair and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a company! They're unresponsive. They're rude. They couldn't possibly care less about your business, most likely because they get the bulk of they're revenue from apartment complexes, and customer service is a concept they cannot even begin to grasp. This company cannot go out of business fast enough. Please do not use them.
