Kathryn Alexander is a premier personal trainer who helps people lose weight, gain muscle, get healthier, and feel better. She specializes in exercise program design and instruction based on science, experience, and the client's goals. Services include one-on-one personal training, pairs training, and online exercise program design for those who are out of town or do their work at home. All clients will receive a tailor made workout program that will take into account the individual's goals, personality, motivational style, and other weekly activities. Optional assessments to track fat loss or change in lean mass are available to clients at no additional charge.
