jack brown cleaners is one of the WORST cleaners in austin they wont pay claims on thing even when they do them wrong shirt come back wrikled and they cant seem to figuer out how to press a pair of slacks. there shoe repair is never correct and unless u have a simple alt. and have them pin where u would like it i wouldnt sent it threw there because there alt. either come back wrong or they wont even do it. the management that runs jackbrown cleaners idiots they think that just because they have reqular customers that they dont need any new customers so if u have never been there before and ur clothing get messed up DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO FIX IT OR PAY A CLAIM ON IT.
