Alan Klug!!!! What can I say. I will never forget that name. If you ever what to purchase a GM vehicle from an honest salesman, go see this man. I never met Alan, but I did an out of state purchase from Henna Chevrolet and Alan was the man who assisted me. Alan walked me thru the whole process, sent me pictures of the vehicle, pointed out any defects he saw, and told it to me like it is. I received the truck a week later in GA just the way he described it. I had an issue several months later with the antenna and my local GM dealership (Days Chevrolet) wouldn't warranty it. Alan got on the phone, schedule a date for me to drop off the truck and paid for the repair. He made my local dealership honor GM's warranty!!!!!!
What else can I say!! It was so refreshing to know there's truly an honest salesman selling cars out there. Henna, don't loose this man!! Thanks for all your help Alan!!
Kevin helped me on the search of the vehicle I was looking for. After a couple emails we were able to find a car within the characteristics I wanted.
I had no car previously and he offer to pick me up and take to the dealership. That was something nice of him.
The financial manager ( forgot his mane) help me to understand every step and paper that I had to sign.
Sadly I was told that my payments would not go over 400 but it did and I guess it was nothing that we could do about it since I don't have any record of loan or credit score.
I brought my 2008 Malibu in for service, having several potentially severe issues, since the engine light was coming on periodically, the Service Airbag light, the low tire symbol, etc., and the battery was dead when I tried to drive it to the dealer. I called and spoke with the Service Manager, and described all the problems and my concerns, and told him I would bring it in when we got it started. We tried with humper cables, but it wouldn't start, so I called OnStar and they sent someone to give it a jump. The Manager had given me the name of the service person who would have been briefed about my car, and we delivered it to the dealer for service. We were able to get a loaner, which was very helpful, since I had a very busy work schedule that would have required me to get a cab--my husband's work schedule was full aleady, so I appreciated the use of the loaner. The work was compleated, with some of the issues covered when they found that the cable tot he car battery had gone bad, and subsequently the battery was in need of replacement, which they did. Some electrical problems (passenger side electric door locks) were handled through warranty. I was totally pleased with the service, and Joe was particularly helpful and professional. All the Service staff were pleasant and professional.
I was so impressed with the time it took for the service to my 2012 Equinox. I drove from Killeen Texas and was done in 30 minutes. So I had time to shop in Austin. My husband came back the next week and bought a truck. Service is excellent especially how you keep your customer informed. Thank you so much.
I absolutely loved the service I experienced at Henna Chevrolet. My salesperson and my financer were very helpful with all of their feedback while still allowing me to make my own decisions. My wife and I will be coming back in a few months for our next vehicle!
I have been taking my 2008 GMC Envoy to this dealership for the past 4 years. The service department has also made me feel welcomed, very professional manners, very informative when explaining servicing with my truck. I truly appreciate the great customer service I receive each and everytime I take my truck to be serviced. I can honestly say this is the best dealership I have known in my life time!
I brought in my 2011 HHR for schedule maintenance - oil change and tire rotation and 27 multi-point check/inspection. The service staff was attentive and courteous, and most importantly listen to service request.....excellent customer service. The technician was courteous and share information with me about the service done on my vehicle. I am thankful for that, again excellent customer service. Keep up the excellent customer service!
My Chevrolet Traverse was hit on top of the roof area on the right top. I took it to Henna Chevrolet and I was met with nothing but professional reponsible, kind and understanding personnel. Mike, the manager and Gabrelle the service man. They explained how it was going to be fixed, how long it would take and an estimate of how much it would cost. It was finished in due time and with quality work. My wife and I are are very well pleased with the service provided and we will recommend Henna Chevrolet to all my relatives and friends. I originally came in with my (2005 Chev Cobalt) 5/23 had some kocking lifters in the engine. Well, to find out it was going to be more then the car was worth to fix. So, I asked Felix to call Joe Cortez from Used Cars. Felix in service was fantastic, very good man excellant customer service. Well, Joe showed me a 2007 Chev HHR, I was in a crunch so had to purchase this vehile. But, he should have gone 50/50 with me at service when there as a bill remaining. The service bill was $380., he only took $30.off the bill he should have helped with a minunm of 50% of the service bill. Being I was going thru the trouble of buying one more used car, from the same dealer that sold me the 2005 Chev Cobalt-that the engine blew up.? I just didnt undertand, why he couldnt have helped on the Service bill. Paying the servie chrage of $380. or going 50/50 with me. After, all I have bought 5 or 6 cars from Henna in history.
Your man in finance (JEFF) in used cars, needs to slow down when talking th customer. I always, felt like was trying to rush me out the door with the transaction. He needs to smile and act like he cares fo the customer.
Joe Cortez helped me. He greeted me promptly as soon as I arrived. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly found a truck that matched what I was looking for at the price I was looking for, without being pushy. The personal customer service Joe provided is exactly what should be expected.
