First Texas Honda sent coupon for the oil change service . standard models price for $18.95, and ow-20 oil price for $21.95 I called before I go there for the oil change. They remind me " bring the coupon" After the oil change , they charged me $36.87. I showed the cashier the coupon. He ignored it. and still want me paid full amount. First Texas Honda service # 5940 .....04/29/2015.....11-44:11 This is scam and rip me off. Will have my comment about this dealer on the web too. I showed him the coupon , before i gave him my car key.

I love going to First Texas Honda! I haven't bought a car there (yet!), but when I am ready to get a new Honda, I will definitely go to First Texas Honda. I take my car in for service, and every time I am pleased with the customer service, the quality of work done and how quickly the work gets done. My only complaint would be the slowness of the wi-fi, but it is free along with the coffee and other drinks that are served in the cafe.

As I've come to expect, the customer service at First Texas Honda was excellent in every way. I talked to several different people on the phone and each one was polite, knowledgeable and didn't act like I was bothering them. My advisor, Trudy, was totally helpful. Even the shuttle driver was polite, nice and didn't scare me in terrible traffic - not an easy feat as I prefer to be behind the wheel ;-) I got back to pick up my car pretty close to closing time, so Dottie Garcia checked me out instead of Trudy. I really appreciated the extra information she gave me about the work I had done. It will help me manage my maintenance and increase my odds of avoiding trouble in the future. Thanks everyone--you're totally worth the drive from South Austin!

Have 2 Hondas that I purchased here and have both serviced here. Free loaner, courteous advisors, as discussed service, no surprises, and have never had an issue with any service performed. Usually in and out the same day. They have always done it right the first time and I trust them completely. The car is returned with the repair done correctly and is as clean or cleaner than when I dropped it off.




I have not bought a car here but I have had my Honda serviced here several times. They have always been extremely friendly and accommodating. I never have any problems with them. This last time, they gave me a free loaner, which was really helpful. I highly recommend them for service, at least.

Incredibly rude, was reluctant to even stop there due to the bad reviews. Learned my lesson, when it is known that a dealership like this clown outfit is getting so many people mad, don't go there. I ended up walking out after an hour of being ignored.

Even tried to call there to complain to the sales manager when I got home, had to leave a message. They "Record" their inbound calls, tells me they are getting lots of angry telephone contacts. There has to be something fishy with a so called car dealership that treats people like that and stays around.

At least it only cost me some time instead of a hit on my wallet!!!
