Cottonwood Pavillion Apartments

my God son was attacked and robbed in the parking lot. classified a hate crime, he's white, a gang of Africa American men broke his nose and ankle and cut up his face. The police gave his car keys to the manager. She immediately had it towed while he was being transported to the ER via ambulance. Since then the family has called repeatedly to get the keys, so they could pick up from impound. She refuses to return calls. This place is as shady as South Compton California, and no wonder....look at the sorry excuse for management...wonder if the drug task force needs to check this he'll hole and it's so called manager out....

This place, sucks, so bad, cockroaches, no air conditioning ever has been fixed, residents urinate in the laundry rooms, and behind the dumpsters, trash all over the property. Just a dump!!!!

The new manager Donna is awful, rents to crack heads, just to fill up the apartments.

She smokes like a chimney, and even in the office.

Foley Properties is the owner of this dump, they should be ashamed of themselves, for the way they run this dump.

Dont rent here, unless you like crack heads, cockroaches, and urine in the laundry rooms.
