I love this place and so does my daughter. She is 3 and has been going for about a year. I do prefer the day staff, but that's mostly who I see. Plus she is a little young for some of the older kids that maybe there in the evening, but not the end of the world for her to have that experience too. They helped me when she was potty training, and never complained. Sometimes I see the employees resting, but who wouldnt, its a hard job. All of the kids look well taken care of and happy.

Your child and my child were at this center at the same time. And my child still attends two years later. The staff and the center are INCREDIBLE and we could not be happier. What you are saying is FALSE and slander and you will be reported. You fail to mention that while in your care your child broke his arm and that you have left SEVERAL centers in the same manner. The state takes it job very seriously and all of us parents were happy to tell them what a wonderful experience we have with all the caring, and kind staff and what a difficult person you were. You left two years ago and need to get over the fact that you are wrong and move on.

My child was at another daycare center owned and operated by the same company, not at this specific center. The practices of this daycare were cruel and in my opinion abusive. My infant child had water poured over his head as a method of ""calming him when he was fussy"" as I was told by the staff. Fortunately, I arrived an hour earlier than my expected pickup time to discover this appalling behavior management tactic. What's worse, my infant was placed in front of a window AC unit, was freezing cold to the point of shivering, and had bilateral ear infections at the time. Although this was reported to the state, the state apparently didn't agree that ""waterboarding"" is a probable cause to close a daycare center. I hope that anyone who has experienced other difficulties with this chain of daycares to please report it to the state. Hopefully, with enough complaints, the state will finally act on behave of the welfare of these children and close abusive centers down!

Worst place ever. It's dirty and employees could care less about the children. They don't change diapers. I've found my son with a soaked diaper that hasn't been changed in 4 hours. Also, my daughter wet her pants and shoes and they told me that she just went to the bathroom.
They are liars, dont trust them. I paid for lunch once, to find my son starving with nothing on his stomach after 4 hours. And of course they told me he ate fine.
I've filed a complaint against this place and hopefully it will be closing for good.

I also want to ring in for the Clubhouse. We have been taking our son there for years - he loves it, and we have never had an issue. We have gotten to know the staff, and often my son comes home with art projects, or brags that he did a puzzle with kids and caretakers together. The people are wonderful, and you cannot beat the prices and flexibility they offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

We love this place. We have been using Clubhouse for Kids since they opened. I tried to give a tip to the workers over the holidays but they would not accept it. They said the best tip would be to tell my friends. I said I have already told my friends and they already use you. So I am so glad I decided to write a review instead. They have great standards and follow them. There is always plenty of staff infact they are always over ratio. Don't listen to the false reviews. I say go and try it for yourself. You will be glad you found them. My kids beg us to go. My husband says you would think they were going to Disney World. Of course sometimes are better than others but they are always cared. We never have to worry about finding a sitter. We have been turned away on occasion because they are full ie Saturday night, but I got a free hour added to my next stay. How great is that. I also found out you can make reservations. We have been happy customers for the last 4 years and will continue to spread the word.

I've had a lot of experience with this facility. Though at first the owners seem sweet and dedicated, I had to learn the hard way that this is not the case at all. State guidelines are broken all the time. The limit on the number of children allowed in the facility is never followed. I actually overheard the male owner saying once that he's okay with being written up because there are too many kids there. Of course, having a large number of parents that want to bring their children is great, and sounds like a plus. But, as a parent, I am afraid that having more than the state ratio of 10-1 would cause a strain on personal interaction and the overall safety of my child. I have walked in on more than one occasion to see a staff member watching football on TV or playing a video game by themselves while the children play alone. And after more research discovered that the ""Clubhouse Cadets"" (the curriculum classroom) is not accredited at all. The hours can be enticing, but I'd rather cut my date short than put my child at risk in this environment. I was picking up my child once when another Mom was being called because her daughter had chipped a tooth! The lack of supervision and guidelines makes me weary of trusting the people who allow their children to stay in such an unstable environment. Please, for the safety and well-being of your child, think twice before signing them up and dropping them off. It's easy to put on a good front for the 15 minutes when you drop off and pick up your child.

Have to balance out the reviews here. I work F/T and go to graduate school one evening a week. My son has childcare elsewhere during the day...but comes here when I have an evening class and my husband is working late. This place has saved me so often we're on the frequent flyer plan. As a mother of a hyper 4 year old, who does not have family in town, when my husband works all weekend and I need a sanity break - this place is great. As for the comments below about outfits parents wear....I think I once went out to 6th street for the first time in 3 years. Maybe that irate parent saw me that night. So sorry. :p
