The plumber assigned arrived on time, worked hard and did a good job. He restored the area as best it could be done after the inspection. My only problem was I was told someone needed to be home for the city inspector but when the inspector didn't show when expected I called up the office and was told no I didn't need to stay home since it was an outside job. This could have been a problem for some people if they are taking off work to stay home when not necessary.

I haven't dealt when any other plumbers here besides Marcel, but as far as I am concerned he is the best. He is just a friendly and pleasant fellow as well!
I needed some new sink plumbing hooked up in our remodel and an RO water filter. I ordered the RO off of Amazon. When it came I saw the tank was HUGE. Since we'd bought a 9"""" sink and larger disposal I was convinced the RO system would have to be mounted in the cabinet beside the sink, thus losing precious storage space. Was I ever wrong. Marcel made everything fit neatly! And we still have plenty of room for soap/cleaner storage below. Amazing.
Marcel also offered a some suggestions with the kitchen sink faucet arrangement I hadn't even considered. Like installing a pneumatic button for the disposal right on top of the sink next to the faucet and soap dispenser. I didn't even know such a thing existed! But wow, is it ever handy.
The other 4 sinks were hooked up very quickly and again the results look beautiful. The piping is metal, stainless steel I guess. Looks like it will last for years and years to come!
At the end of the day, the bill came in right in the middle of Marcel's estimate. No surprises!
I'll definitely be calling Clarke Kent and Marcel again if we have any problems!

Clarke Kent employees tends to be fair, open-minded, and knowledgeable. Many of them are talented communicators. They are good at displaying several remedy scenarios and explaining the risks, costs and benefits of each. I've never felt pressured into a particular path forward, and the costliest remedy is often not the recommended one. Once, when we did have a real misunderstanding about a job's scope and schedule. they were fair in the way we worked it all out.

It is hard to give anyone five stars in a situation that was so bad, but Clarke Kent did the best possible job for us under very inconvenient circumstances for my roommate and I and I would highly recommend them.
Long story short, we found out the house we are renting had multiple gas leaks under the house and the whole gas pipe system has to be replaced. During one of the coldest weeks of the year in a very drafty old house. The prospect of having no heat, hot water or cooking ability was not a good one, not to mention our landlord was less that cooperative. Our plumber Marcel told us that since the work would start on a Friday we would have to wait through the weekend for him to finish it on Monday or Tuesday.
However, it got to be the end of Friday and Marcel stayed an extra couple hours since it was taking faster than he thought so we would have heat for the weekend since he new we didn't really have anywhere to go and we were worried about out pets. He also took over talking to our landlord about the project since we were probably not the best relay and he knew she was giving us a hard time about everything. It was so great to let him deal with it.
Then a few days after the repair I swore I smelled gas so I called him and he came over after work one night to make sure there were no leaks left, which there were not. He was so great, as were the customer service people I spoke with over the phone. If you ever have to go through a similar ordeal or anything involving plumbing needs, I highly recommend Clarke Kent and especially Marcel.

Sorry I forgot my plumber's name (though I just got off phone with him). 5 star for good costomer service.
Today is friday, and I needed to fix water heater. I was refered to Clark Kent by another nice plumber. They was quick at responsing and dispatching. Though it is after 5pm, they still dropped by. For some reason, the previous plumber already fixed the problem. So this guy inspected the whole place and insured me that everything is fine now. He didn't even charge me dispatch fee!!!!!! They will definately be my future water heter repair people.

The plumber from Clarke Kent was at my house at 8:02 this morning and was here for about 2 hours. They did not sell the water heater to me but have been out to fix it on my side of the duplex and on the rental side too. He determined my thermostat was bad but knew based on the install date that there was still a warranty on the part. He left to get the part, came back to install it and charged me for labor only. He completely handled teh part warranty for me at no extra charge. I can't be more satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone.

Clarke Kent Plumbing came out twice to fix the leak in the bathroom and fixed it in a way that it still leaked in 2 places after their repairs were done. The downstairs neighbors had to cut their ceiling again to fix the brand new Clarke Kent ""repair"" which leaked in 2 places. Oh yeah they only charged 350% (hundreds and hundreds of dollars near a pushing near $1000) more of what the other company had charged for the same repairs later on. The other company did manage to fix the leaks as the job was very simple. So ripped off with no repairs done. Use them if you want to pay 350% more than what it costs to do the job and still have the same freaking leak. Disgusting...
