Burlington Coat Factory

I was in there tonight (10-29-08) around 4:00 P.M. with my sister and my niece. I had to use the restroom and there was a "button" to press to open the door. There was no other directions posted. I was trying to turn the knob and still could not get in. I tried two more times. I looked over by the register and saw a customer laughing in front of the register at a cashier, then a man came from behind the coounter and yelled "PUSH"!. That was quite embarrassing! He looked around his 40's.He had long hair tied back and looked like he was maybe Asian or Hispanic. When I went in the bathroom my sister heard them talking to customers saying "some people can be so stupid". When she told me that I went to the counter and said "Maybe you should put a sign to tell people what to do". Another cashier then jumped in and said "You shouldn't be so rude and there is a sign". There was no sign on the bathroom door because I was looking for one! She kept wanting to argue with me, so I just left furious. While the rude girl cashier was talking, the man went to go check for a sign, but never returned. The cashier was a short hispanic girl maybe in her teens or twenties. There was also another hispanic girl behind the register that was just staring. I want to say that I am a restaurant manager and I deal with "Guests" and "Employees" all the time. If my employees spoke to a guest like that, I would fire them immediately! I can not believe that there are employees talking to customers in a place of business, like their own work! My sister has been there before, too and she says that she hears them saying bad words. I just want to say that I will never go there again and spend my money. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
