terrible value / lack of quality service

My son wanted to try it so I popped in before hand to get info. Was given incorrect info and when I came back with the kids, was told something completely different and double the cost. Money is not really an issue in my family but I don't find this to be a good value in any way at all. Moms.. seriously Save your money and go somewhere else!

Awesome! Pew, pew, pew…I’m a kid again! I went with a few friends and we had a blast (pun intended). We were surprised to find the pizza was decent too. We had to get some grub ‘cause we spent more time there than we expected. I can’t wait to go back.

HORRIBLE, Don't Waste Your Time!

Wow, if I could give zero stars, I certainly would. This company is shady and deceptive and out to take you for as much as they possibly can. They hire rude, condescending and ignorant staff who do not understand the art of customer service or the importance of repeat and word-of-mouth business.

The party agreement clearly states that you will be charged for extra ""players."" I didn't come up with their wording, they did. They charge $20 for each additional ""player"" outside of the party package. The party package includes a certain amount of pizza, unlimited drink refills, tokens and games. For three children who did not play lazer tag, who were not ""players"" by definition, who only drank soda (and one of which ate pizza) and played video games with tokens, I was charged $60. When I asked to be credited for all but the tokens for the non-playing children, I was offered a refund of less than $3.00. Total. That is, in essence, charging me $57 for a handful of tokens and a slice of pizza.

That is unconscionable and beyond insulting. I could never recommend Blazer Tag to anyone for a child's birthday party. Instead, you should take your children to Austin Park where you will be charged less money for more guests and more fun.

Hate it!

This place Is the worst!! They charge you a lot for everything! The place is so small that it gets packed on weekends! The Lazer Tag is so dumb that the employee explains everything so fast and they are not good people! Dave and Busters is WAAAYYY better than this piece of crap!

Terrible Management!!!

My most recent visit was so bad that I will likely never go back. I took my son here with two of his buddies for his birthday. I bought two games for all of them and, during the first game, he complained his gun was not working. I pulled the trigger and it appeared to be putting out the light beam, so I figured he must just be missing the targets or getting shot first. The second game, he got the same gun and again complained that it wasn't working. This time, I tried shooting at specific targets and sure enough, it was not registering when hitting them. The guy working confirmed that it wasn't working as well. So, he traded out the gun. But, by this point, there was just a minute or two left in the game. I spoke to the manager afterward and all he offered was one free game for my son. I told him that the whole reason we were there was for my son to play with his friends and that one game didn't cut it, because then I still had to pay for two more games for his buddies to play. I asked that all three boys just be given the chance to play again. Seeemed like a reasonable request to me. But, the manager refused and offered no other compensation than a ticket for one free game. Pretty crappy considering my son had a bad gun for TWO games and it ruined the fun for him and his two buddies. We eneded up leaving before spending $30 on tokens (like we were planning) and we will not go back. Poor management cost them a lot more than it would have cost them to let the three boys play one more time.

Great for a night out with friends!

I love coming here with a big group of friends.
Great for parties.
You can either be on teams if there are enough people or there is free for all and you just go after everybody!
It's the same price as a movie and just as much fun plus it's interactive!
It's good fun and exercise.
If you don't work out alot expect to be sore in the morning LOL my friend could barely walk the next day from going around the arena.
The arcade is great too! They have a good selection of games, and the rock wall is very cool.

The gaming area is huge with mulit levels. Come with a group and blast each other all afternoon.
