Dignity and respect

I wanted to thank you, James Thompson, for the great repair job on my wife’s Lexus which had been hit by an uninsured motorist in South Texas. We had expected a much longer repair period as well as a hassle from my insurance. Neither happened and the car was ready in 3 days! What great service! We also wanted to thank the nice receptionists at the front desk. Both were extremely knowledgeable of their job, and treated every customer we saw with dignity and respect.

Professional Job!

I am very satisfied with the services received from your shop. Dawna Ramirez did a professional job of appraising the damage to my vehicle and the repairs required were the same as her estimate. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and made the vehicle rear end look like new. I would recommend your shop for body and paint repairs.

In a little over a year's span, our two daughters have both needed paint and body repairs to their Explorers. Both Explorers were delivered on or ahead of the promised date, the repairs were absolutely first class in all respects. Customer representatives and desk personnel were unfailingly responsive and polite. They made us feel that our business was appreciated from the initial appointment confirmation call, through the vehicle drop off and repair consultation, and continuing with regular updates. Doing business with everyone was an honest pleasure at all times. In particular, I want to thank both Candice and Chase for all they did to make our business with B&B such a pleasure.

Absolutely Great Service from B&B Body and Paint!

I just wanted to say ""thank you"" for the absolutely great service from B&B Body and Paint. In a day and time when customer service seems like a think of the past, your customer service went above and beyond what I expected. I put my car in the repair shop on Monday afternoon and had it completely repaired by Wednesday afternoon. It's restored just like new; like nothing ever happened. Also, having Enterprise located on site is so convenient; a definite plus. For an experience that is usually very unpleasant, this one was totally hassle-free. You can bet that I will be recommending your services to my family and friends.

Best experience at a body shop

This was the best experience I have ever had at a body shop, bar none. If I should ever need body and paint work in the future, B&B is the only shop I would consider. You should be proud of your staff and their professionalism. You have assembled a great team.

Truly wonderful

I would like to express how truly grateful I am for the excellent service you gave me while my car was being repaired at your center. Not only did you do a terrific job in the repair of my Suzuki Grand Vitara, but also, Mr. Jarret Fisher's customer service was beyond my expectations. He was very professional at all times and followed through in every detail to make sure that the insurance company completed all the necessary paper work and pay all repair expenses, since the check they had issued was for a lesser amount of money than the actual estimate. He also kept me informed during every step of the process. When I went to pick up my car on January 14, I could not believe my eyes when I saw how beautiful it looked: the paint job was fantastic and my car was spotless. Mr. Fisher also made sure that the tires had the correct air pressure. My personal thanks and congratulations to Mr. Fisher for a job well done! Thank you Mr. Fisher for also making sure that the emblem for the spare tire cover was the correct one; I know Suzuki originally sent the wrong emblem (small letters).

B&B keeps the customers in mind!

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about your employees Marty, Martha & Kristen. Wow!!! What a great bunch of employees you have. From the phone to walking into the doors of B&B I felt such at ease. I was in shambles after being rear ended and they made me feel so comfortable leaving my car for repairs. Martha & Kristen both had smiles on their faces and were very pleasant to communicate with. You know you don't get that much in today's society. Customer service is almost out of the window. Most places you go to they make you feel like ""okay what do you want"" and "" do you want us to wait on you or not!"" Marty was extremely helpful. He walked me through the details about my car and explained everything that needed to be done so that I understood what he was talking about. I don't know what you teach your team, but I can tell you it WORKS. You know auto repair shops sometimes tend to make you feel like you are standing there with ""RIP ME OFF"" written all over your face and that is very scary sometimes. It makes a difference when you can feel that the auto shop is actually working for you. If I ever need repairs again, B&B North Lamar is where I'm heading. GREAT Team!!! Keep up the good work, and thanks for keeping your customers in mind.
