We have now purchased two new Tacoma trucks from Nassir Ahmed and his manager David Valdez. First one was August 1, 2015 and it was a beauty but unfortunately was totaled in an accident a few months back. The first deal was simply great. No nonsense, just a straight deal and everything you could ask for. So we went back for the 2nd one and picked it up yesterday. Another great transaction and would like to recommend AutoNation to anyone looking for a new Toyota. They ordered both trucks for us and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. No games, no padding the invoice with a bunch of make believe dealer add ons such as nitrogen, tinting, undercoating, etc. After attempting to deal with the San Antonio dealers this organization is a breath of fresh air.
Even the F&I guys were great to deal with. No pressure from them to buy their add ons. They explained them and went on from there. Went home happy campers.

I bought a new Camry with Nassir Ahmed. It was by far the easiest car buying expereince I've had. Do your research on what you want, find Nassir and he will give you a great deal and a smile on your face. NO HASSLES.

Wound up going to San Marcos Nissan because the customer service was terrible! Would definately not return. The "kids area" was pathetic.

I told a co-worker last Friday I was taking my truck in for service and that I would probably be writing a review on Monday, and here I am. I made an appointment at 8:20 a.m. Saturday morning, and arrived 10 minutes before 7:00 (when they opened). I was simply activating the alarm system that was factory installed and purchased two remote clickers that needed to be programmed. I was told by TWO service personnel that it would take all of FIVE (5) minutes to program the clickers...One said he'd even do me the favor of charging me to activate one of the two of them. Around 10:30 a.m., I was checked out. I was charged $176 for labor and $23 for environmental fee and shop supplies (for programming two clickers, huh?). I am convinced the work did take 5 minutes and that I was "held" in the waiting room for 2+ hours to make me feel better about the $176 labor charge......YEP...I will NEVER go back to Champion Toyota for ANY SERVICE.

i took my 04 tundra to have the sparkplugs changed and to replace the battery. i was told it would take a couple of hours , eight hours later and 360.00 bucks , i got my truck. i was charged 36.00 dollars for shop supplies, when i asked what did they have to use in the way of supplies to change the plugs, i was told they charge a percentage of the bill for shop supplies, regardless of what they actually use. never again will i go to this place!!.

I called before I went and I talked with a lady who was absolutely unhelpful at all but then when I talked to a gentleman named Steve he was the kindest person. My car needed a minor repair on the windshield and when I got there the man who was supposed to do it was too busy so another gentleman named Adam I think was very kind to fix it right away. There weren't any complaints with those 2 gentleman(Steve and Adam)and they're really there to serve the customers. And like a review I've read before about it not being customer friendly; well there are pllenty of people like that everywhere but here I love that they took the time to take my car in suck short notice and fix it. I always go to them and I will continue to go to them as long as I have my car!
Hope this is somewhat helpful! I know it sounds indifferent but seriously once you know the right people there, it makes it much easier, especially some Meredith guy too!
