        Easy Eye Exam!

        Did a regular eye exam & was very pleased with overall experience. Dr. Steve & Donna Shepard and staff are very relaxing & comfortable to work with.

        The secretary at the front des...

        The secretary at the front desk of this office is extremely rude. She has yelled at a patient while other patients are present. In addition, I have noticed that she is kinder to people of her same race than others of a different race. (She is most likely racist).



        I first came to Austin Vision Associates because they were on my insurance plan. However, I have found that they do not follow my benefits.
