This company is ridiculous. Our water constantly looks disgusting and they do nothing about it. I've never spoken to a single customer who was happy with having to use them. I don't even like having to give this water to our dog. How are they still in business??

Worst damn water company in the world. My water bill was twice my electric bill this month and in Texas, that's saying something. Their website never works. Each month it's a crapshoot if I can get online and actually pay my bill but they're glad to charge me $2.25 to pay by phone. I guess that's peanuts compared to my $750 water bill this month. If I could give them negative stars, I would. If your subdivision is even considering using them, RUN!!
