        Overall

        I have been with acceptance insurance for the last 4 years off and on for the last 7 years. I am not happy with their customer service every time I call and try to speak to a representative I leave a message I never get a call back. I have been told that they are the only person there and they will return my call never do. I have been told that they will call me and give me the information that I need never received a call back therefore I am counseling my policy with them asap.
