        THe star is being generous. The customer service is beyond bad, and they towed my car in a non towing zone and refused to admit their mistake or pay for it.

        THIS COMPANY HAD CHAIN OF CUSTODY OF MY SONS 91 FORMULA TRANS AM/DPS OFFICERS INVENTORIED THE VEHICLE WHEN A & A PICKED IT UP/WHEN WE WENT TO GET HIS PROPERTY TWO LAPTOP COMPUTERS WERE MISSING ALONG WITH NUMEROUS OTHER ITEMS/THEY HAVE FAILED TO RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR PROPERTY RETURN. WE HAVE SINCE FILED POLICE REPORTS AND HAVE GONE TO COURT TO INITIATE A SMALL CLAIMS COURT HEARING
