My husband had an eye appointment next door and while waiting, he decided to go to the garden room to find me a present. He came home with two ridiculously over priced, no name, cheap quality scarfts. When I went to return them the next day, the owner or manager without explaining things, decided to give me a store credit. I explained that it was a mistake on my husband part and that we don’t shop there. She said she would refund me this time. A few business days later, I still see a charge and not a refund in my account. I will be calling later. The store it’s beautiful if you like older lady stock up kinda tacky style. It doesn’t have a welcoming feeling and it’s a bit hoarder looking. Not a place I would even enjoying looking around. I rather shop at Berdorf, NM or Saks if I want to pay those prices for brand new items.
I was so impressed with this great costume store. I went to a fancy costume store on Burnet and they just pointed to the row I might be interested in. But when I checked out Lucy In Disguise, everyone who worked there were more than just helpful, they sent me email, they called me, and when I w…

14. Lucy & Ethel's
6 of us came here. We had been hunting and were all really hungry. The place is very girly inside. I think it used to be a tea room. When the food came we could care less my ribeye steak was awesome. A quality cut and seasoned really well. We all were impressed. It's a small family owned place …

Store is a mess! Looks like the employees just throw clothes on any available hanger space. You can't find more than one of anything because every thing is unorganized. Shelves aren't even neat. The employees just stand around and pretend to fold while they talk about their weekend plans and talk crap about customers. Witnessed first hand. Absolutely horrible. Would rather spend my money at a non outlet Forever 21.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE. If I could I would give it 0 Stars. WARNING: They hired a low life towing company to sit in their parking lot and boot/tow any customers who leave the property. And then they try to charge $150 to remove the boot. Yesterday I parked in the lot, quickly went to CVS to pick up a prescription and get some cash for shopping, and by the time 4 minutes passed, they had booted my car. I tried to explain to them my situation and that I was just running a quick errand/getting cash before shopping and they would not listen to me and I had to pay to get the boot removed. Sick people. I will never give you my business and I hope you get in the legal trouble you deserve for this sleazy practice. There is no reason to have this company sitting outside your shop at all times unless you are financially benefitting from it...which is very ILLEGAL. You really think booting cars is going to open up more space in your lot and get more customers? If you need more people to shop at your store, try something less disgusting like marketing or other business strategies.
Beautiful dress, extremely rude owner or manager. She refused to address a mistake she made on my mother's dress. Dismissed it, threatened to sell it to someone else once it was paid for, and resulted to name calling. I'll never let another family member shop here again and I suggest you do the same.
