The service agent was very helpful and knew much about the plan I was talking about. She remained polite and helpful despite being under pressure with the long queue line in the store.
Sam is the best in town, no doubt, he knows his sh!t, Super nice and very reasonable, my guy to go to always.
I went in to have my phone flashed. I waited 20 minutes. Not one person out of the 15 that I counted in the store. The majority were busy. However there were 4 or So hanging on cubes just chatting. The fact that this is the closest tech store to me and it is a 30 minute drive in is another point of contention. Sprint is getting to where their customer service suck. Also handi cap access to the store is on the complete other end of the building. It is as elevator that scared me when i got in it.
Do not go to this store unless you want to get ripped off. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude and ill-informed. My saleswoman was Leslie and I went in asking for a plan that would allow me to use data internationally. They not only failed to set up the plan correctly, but refused to refund my money when I went back explaining that the plan did not offer free unlimited data as promised.
i had problems with my old phone with storage and had came to this store and talk to salesman shibli. he was very friendly and well manner.he stood and listen to what i had to say and was very helpful. i will be coming to your store more often cause workers like him.this truly made my day .he helped me save $10 in this world that comes a long way thank you shibli for your hospitially. and great service you provided

I was told over the phone it would be one price. So, I drove all the way there to be told it's a different price and they can't fix my phone. Something they could have mentioned over the phone. They need to drive back some other day, drop it off, and then pick up the a day or two after that. I asked him if he could get the part and then I could come back the next week and wait for the fix. No, he wouldn't order it. He could, but wouldn't. Nope, I had to give up my phone to them. Gee... no THANKS. I went somewhere else that did immediately for the same price. What a waste of time.
they need to be open more hours to accomidate customers....
