Ordered online - I showed up 25 minutes after order to grab it but... They didn't even process it online yet. In fact, they weren't even aware of it until I mentioned it. No comp on an app or anything - I worked for almost 10 years in food industry and no half decent manager I've ever known would've asked for someone to pay full price after that. Food is decent but don't count on ordering online.

if you order online directly from their website its way cheaper than using grubhub only 1.25 I believe
My friend and I went here yesterday evening, hoping to enjoy a nice meal. Well, things went wrong from the time I walked into the place. First off, they really need to feed the poor Koi fish out front. As soon as you walk up they all swarm around the little bridge, & there are a bunch of them. I was tempted to go to the nearest pet store and buy Ichiban some fish food so they could feed them. So I go into the restaurant and I'm seated. I wait around 15 minutes and nobody showed up to take my order. The place wasn't even busy, either! I watched other customers get seated and instantly get their orders taken while my friend & I just sat there. Finally some guy came up to take our order. While he was at our table I asked him if they ever fed the fish. He told me "No" & said "Why don't you purchase some food and feed them?" Then he said they haven't fed them in 3 weeks. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!?? Anyways, an additional 15 minutes passed & our drinks still hadn't been served to us. I finally got his attention and asked him did he forget about us. He laughed and said "Yeah". I told him it had been 30 minutes now and this was ridiculous. For some reason he found it funny. We then got up and left. I do not know his name; he wasn't wearing any type of uniform or a name tag, but he did have on a Northface shirt. So management, if you're reading this, I hope you take note of how poor we were treated and really focus on improving your customer service. We didn't find anything funny about starving the Koi fish and waiting 30 minutes for our drink order. I will not be returning EVER, & I will be sure to tell everyone I encounter about this horrible place.
All you can eater the Sushi bar has many choice and squid are very fresh and food very taste. The environment fits to family and friend reunion.
I enjoy the sushi and and Mongolian barbecue. The last time I was there, the male server, who was obviously gay, kept calling me "Boss" and was real touchy feely. My girlfriend and my daughter thought this hilarious the way he was so attentive. But great service nonetheless!
It's hard to find a buffet that has most of what I like. This is the best buffet of this type of food we have found in Austin.
Last night was our first time at Sushi Junai 2; we've only been to the original once before. This new location is so nice: homey atmosphere, huge booths, and better parking. The food was phenomenal. When I first heard "All you can eat sushi" I was pretty skeptical, but this is some of the best I've ever had. All the wait staff was friendly and checked on us frequently. Less than 18 hours later, all five of us are sitting around wondering how soon we can go back.
