Always has what I need, fast service. I like it. Not too hard to get in and out. No complaints so far
We have been using Balcones Automotive for years (both as a filling station and for repairs) but boy have they gone downhill. When we picked up our car we notice 2 problems... 1. The speaker cover was missing and 2. we still had 2 error messages on the dashboard.We were told initially that the car did not come in with a speaker cover which of course it did and we later found it buried under the seat in our car. For the 2nd issue they told us they could not fix the problem but yet charged us over $200 to fix one of the three error messages. In addition to being called a liar (about the speaker cover) and not finishing up their car they were not friendly. We will no longer use their service or even get our gas there.
Refused to give us our deposit back took him to court in precinct 3 won the judgment plus 8.25 interest Jerry and his company has not paid yet this was won in. July 16, 1970 I am now fixing to turn it over to my Layer to get it collected.
I came here & pumped $10.13 for gas, so tell me why, when I looked at my recent transactions for my account online, I had a pending charge of $85 & an approved charge of $15.13 from this place? U will get robbed & way over charged here. My car won't even hold $90 of gas!!!
Just got verbally assaulted in their store and they did nothing. If you want a safe experience better go down the road to the JD gas station. They at least are polite.
I bought my gas outside $16 and some change, didn't get a receipt, so when I got home found out they had put a hold on my account for $126! Yeah that's right....from a $16 to $126! I will NEVER go there again, and am in the process of telling EVERYONE about my experience. I can see maybe double my purchase...but this is RIDICULOUS!
7/11 & Exxon have merged but really 7/11 is losing Exxon business because after over a year the employee's still don't know how to use the Exxon card they accidently charged my card 60$ and I waited in the store for an hour trying to get my money refunded they couldn't figure out how to do it and said I would have to come back later when a manager was available
NOT a good place for new agents. The VP of business development of this location is dishonest and will give you bad advice on a shortsale.
