Do not work for this company. You will never get past the "30 day probation period", you will never be paid. They will use your address to try and set up fake paypal accounts. They have shipped me, what I can only assume to be "fake" US money that was cut up in tiny pieces and other shady products. Save your time and piece of mind, do not fall for their scam.

Wow worst delivery company ever..they are harassing me and my family on a package that was delivered to my front doorstep that was never thier so do not go to this company it sucks!
THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. I was expecting a package so i stayed home the day it was expected to come. I watched the tracking service on their site and once it stated that it was with the courier I was expecting it soon. An hour goes by and I refresh the tracking page and to my surprise it read "Delivery attempted recipient not home" I was in utter shock. I had to walk outside of my apartment to make sure i was in the correct apartment. I even checked the delivery address i used and it was no way they could have tried to deliver it and i did not hear not one knock on my door! I even left a signed note on my door with my tracking number so that they could leave it in the rare circumstance that i stepped out of my house to throw the trash away or something. I called the location and the crap they said was that the courier couldn't get into the apartment gates. Firstly there was never a reason for me to believe i had to give them a gate code because there was absolutely no section that anything of that nature was stated. Secondly, i live in a highly populated area with people going in and out of the gate frequently so i KNOW there was a way for them to get in the gate if someone was coming in. Lastly, THERE IS A FRONT OFFICE WHERE THEY CAN ACCESS AND FIGURE SOMETHING OUT! Now i had to drive a long ways to their express station to pick up a package that was not even attempted to be delivered in the first place. These people are LAZY, INCONSIDERATE, INCOMPETENT, and RUDE! I really wish there was a way to give them 0 stars because one is just too many for this low life establishment.

I went to the store with the intentions of only purchasing a box for my item and then going to USPS to mail from there. Upon entering the store I noticed signs that said they shipped for USPS, FedEx etc. So I figured that it would be easier to just ship from there instead of driving all the way to the post office. So the man takes all my info and then tells me that it will be a whopping $130 to ship. Since I had already done my research online and had concluded that it was the cheapest to ship from USPS only about $20-$30, I knew that that was outrageous. I told him that I could not afford that and would just like to ship using USPS, and he went on to tell me that USPS would cost way more to ship because even though my item did not weigh much it was large and it would take up more room on the truck and thus the post office would consider my item to weigh 46 lbs. which would cost me more in shipping and also his packaging price was at least $30 for it. I told the man that I would just like to buy a box instead for my item so I could take it and ship it myself at the post office. He then (now with attitude) punched harshly the register keys to ring me up for a box. He then rudely told me that it would be $12.98 WOW! $12.98 for a freaking box! I went ahead and purchased it just to get out of the store as fast as I could. After leaving the store I felt a lot of remorse for purchasing a $13 box when I could go to the grocery store and get one for free. I went to the post office to ship my item and they do go by weight not by size and it only cost me $31.58 and that includes $2.60 or insurance. I don't normally write reviews but I feel like I need to because this guy is ripping people off. People try to make a little bit of money just to get by and he takes it. I would not refer this place to my worst enemy, do not go to this place!!!
I went in the other day to ship my artwork and they were very professional. They packed my paintings with care as if it was their own. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.
I called about mailing a fragile gift to a cousin overseas.The clerk told me it would be nearly $700 to ship, so she recommended I try the USPS.I thanked her and said I'd come in to have it professionally packed by Pak Mail to make sure it wouldn't get destroyed.I went in and spoke to the same woman who packed it for $40.I brought it to the USPS who said it was way too oversized to be shipped by them.I went back to Pak Mail and the clerk said she'd either refund my $40 or she could repack it to try and make it smaller or in two boxes.She said I could pick it up that afternoon or in the morning.I told her "no rush."I called the afternoon of the next day asking about it and the owner answered.He said they packed it correctly and they would not refund my money or repack it unless I paid again.I said that the clerk knew it was for the USPS since it was her suggestion and she did not pack it properly for them.He told me I was cheap for not sending it with him (again - nearly $700).He says there's no way he's packing it again or refunding no matter what.He blames me and says it's packed so it won't get broken.He won't acknowledge that the clerk suggested the USPS and didn't pack it properly for the occasion.He was extremely rude and obnoxious and would not listen to reason or the facts of the matter.Me: Pak Mail suggested I send it through the USPS. I asked you to professionally pack it for that purpose. I paid a lot of money for it. It was done incorrectly for the stated purpose.Him: It's your fault. It's not our fault. You pay again or go away.If you want to do business with someone like that, do so at your own peril. The owner seems to have changed in the years since the other reviews. There are plenty of other places with very positive, recent reviews to choose from. Avoid this place.
I am so glad I was able to book Quick Move ATX for my move recently. It was kind of a special request, having to stop at two places before arriving at the final destination, but that was no problem for Peter and John, who were very courteous and professional. They were able to load and unload the truck very efficiently and took great care in ensuring the move was satisfactory. I needed help installing my washer and dryer in addition to hanging some paintings and they were happy to help. I would definitely recommend Quick Move ATX and I am certain you will be satisfied with their service.
Always in years past, when I ve had a delivery by UPS, the delivery person has knocked at the door and, when I answered, either handed me the box or put it inside my door.I ordered an 8-inch foam mattress and twin bed. The mattress, 50+ lbs., came yesterday. No knock on the door. I ran outside asking "could you please help me bring it inside". No reply. He hurriedly went back the way he came.Today the 2 boxes with the bed came. I saw him coming up my walk. I met him at the door as he was pulling the dolly from under the boxes. I had no time to do anything as he quickly said "there you go" and ran back down my walk.No knock on the door either time. Not even the courtesy of a reply of any kind.I am not pleased. This is definitely not the UPS service I m used to.
