This place is by far the easiest and quickest way to buy a car. First I called Pana motors after hour but they make sure to always pick up the phone to answer any questions and the person who answered knew everything about the car i was asking about, as a person that was going to have to drive over 3 hours to look at a car I had many questions and Jay had the answer to all of them, as I arrived at the dealership the car was exactly what I saw online, super clean interior, great tires, no dents, no warning lights, basically the car was ready to go and as the practice Haggle free pricing ( no negotiation ) everything was super easy and I was in and out of there with in 30 minutes, I drove the car back home and as of now 3 weeks later my car still perfect so in summary this is a great place to buy a car

Learn moreI should have known that this experience would leave me unsatisfied when they opened late because someone had lost the key to the gate at the service entrance. I told my service advisor, Ricardo, all the same information that I had said when I booked the appointment. A day later, I get a huge estimate for routine maintenance items, none of which address my main concern and the reason for me taking my vehicle to the shop. I don't think he was listening. Maybe it's because I'm a woman and what possibly could a woman know about vehicles and vibrations? I told him that the check engine light was on and it was a thermostat code. The vehicle has been running at normal temperature so don't worry about that. We exchanged several emails because apparently he didn't know what "intermittent" was. They blamed my intermittent problem on something that is a constant because the mechanic was too lazy or ignorant. Out of frustration and lack of confidence with this shop, I decided to just get my vehicle out of there. As we are talking on the service drive, waiting for them to bring my vehicle around, I see that he has totally misquoted me and the symptoms for my vehicle are different. He said, "I wrote down exactly what you said." Now why would I give inaccurate symptoms of my own vehicle??? We started to argue, but I realized the point was moot. The mechanic didn't even road test it. I see why their calendar was empty while the Covert calendar was full. I will never use this shop again. Thank you Southpoint. My feeling of apprehension about taking my vehicle to the shop is stronger than ever. I would give it zero stars if I could. Add photos
this is truly a terrible dealership. They are untrustworthy, lie, and do not honor verbal commitments. It is too long of a story but bottom line is I had extensive verbal commitments on a Tundra with many options, after a month of promises that the truck was in Houston and would arrive shortly it never did. After filling out their questionier honestly as best I could, giving the negative as well as the positive I got an e-mail that all verbal promises and commitments were off the table and if I had a problem with that I could seek legal counsel. Bottom line is , do your homework at another dealership, even the 2 top executives will not help you at Charles Maund as I tried to contact them to no avail.
Don't buy a vehicle from them! Go somewhere else you will thank me later I promise
A Friend of mine bought a car from JD, however the airbag light and some warning lights were on- when we pointed it out to them they said it was already scheduled to be taken care of and assured her that it would ALL be fixed and in perfect working condition when it was turned over to us. Joseph told her that His wife drove the car for several months and that he wouldn't put her in a car that he wouldn't put his own family in. She purchased the car AND put $10000 cash down on the deal only to be taken advantage of. When the car was originally given to her "Fixed" there were still warning lights on the dash, JD promised her that the problem was fixed and that after she drove a few hundred miles the lights would turn off because the "sensors would reset". Well after driving the car for a day not only was the warning light still on BUT the check engine light came back on. She contacted JD and took the car back to them after the weekend passed. They put her back in a loner car and told her they would take care of it. The car was given back to her a second time with the warning light still on However the check engine light was off (Due to clearing the code in the computer) but the warning light was still on. JD gave her the same BS that "After she drove it for several miles-the sensors would clear and it would turn off" because according to them "The car was in perfect condition and had 0 problems.”She took the car to the manufacturer only to find out that the car needed $12000 worth of work and that this was a known problem that had obviously been going on for a while. BMW told her, if his wife drove the car more than a few days then he knew about the problem. she immediately contacted JD in the best way possible giving them the benefit of the doubt only to be made to feel like she did something wrong. After this news, JD has ignored all calls and texts not caring at all what this is doing to his customer. It’s costly, she will have to hire her attorney.
AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! If you're a single female, this is the last dealership you should ever visit! The first thing the sales person Rex asked me was, "Are you here to buy the car, because I'm really busy." Rex told me almost nothing about the Civic EX on my test drive, just that it was "award winning" and it wasn't even waiting almost 2 hours from the test drive to FINALLY being presented with lease figures (thank God I had a book with me!) that was the worst of my experience. They presented me with the highest numbers of any of the dealerships that had emailed me pricing, and when I told him that I was going to need better monthly payments, he came back from speaking with his managers and told me, "You need to either pick an LX, this is the best pricing you're going to get, or you just can't have the civic." Needless to say I walked out completely insulted that they wouldn't even negotiate a single dollar off the highest price. I bought the car the next day First Texas Honda for a good deal.
The salesman, Ryan, is a flat out crook. I bought a truck here. Paid for TTL and then he never filed the Title Paperwork. After 45 days, when I went by to see where he was on getting the paperwork filed, I got a song and dance and an "I'll get right to it." when I went by 20 days later, He had moved all of his vehicles off of this lot. I don't know where he has gone now. I am out nearly $1200 because I had to get a bonded title and pay ( a second time) for the tax on the truck.
The price on the website was the best within a 250 mi radius. That's what caught my eye. Also full Car Fax evaluation available on the website so I knew what I was getting before I arrived. Then a completely no pressure sales process when arriving at the dealership. Gave me the keys for a test drive and left me alone. I will look here again for my next used car purchase.
