I had an old Junk car that I was trying to get rid of. I tried selling it on Craigs with no luck. I called this company and they treated me very well. They paid what they said they would and I can now carry on with my life. Recommend!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I used them for more than a year but they had to call for directions each time they came out - even after I specifically asked them to keep the directions in the file. Their A/P department is a mess - they were trying to collect on an invoice from…

IESI...They raise their rates and lower their service. Thats perfect. They no longer recycle glass in Pflugerville so everybody has to throw their glass into the trash/landfill. Everybody gets to pay more for less service. Also no notice was given to customers when they made the no glass change…

AWESOME! 1st time customer. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and they handled me like I had been coming here for years. The price was way below what I was expecting so I was able to tip the guy that did my windshield. I will recomend this place to all my friends and family.

It’s time to bring long sleeves and long pants out of storage, prep your home and car, and contact the cool weather home/yard contractors.
Some sports fans like to rock up to a bar and cheer on their team. Others live for the traditions: tailgating, party-hosting, and dressing head-to-toe in fan apparel. Here are so…
Legen.... Wait for it... Dary! These guys are great! I just moved to Austin about 6 months ago, and was in need of a bike shop, but not in a big hurry. Naturally, my car decided to throw a temper tantrum. Who knew the check engine light could actually blink? So, I'm stuck without a car, and a bike that needed new tires and a tune up, but no way to get it to a shop to be fixed, or so I thought. ATX Bikes went out of their way to help me out. Within an hour, Brett was at my apartment to pick up my bike and take it in for me. He quickly assessed my repair needs, and made some recommendations as to other things to help me make my bike a safer and more comfortable commuter. Within a short time frame, he called me to let me know it was ready, and then delivered it back to my apartment, ready to go. The quality and value of the repair and add-ons was great, but you cannot put a price on customer service like I received. This is why I will be back for future needs and purchases. Any place will take your money and fix your bike, few places would go out of their way to pick it up for a new customer with minor repair needs, and even fewer would do all of this without hesitation. TL;DR Go see the Biker Bros at ATX Bikes!!!
Purchased a new Victory Gunner from them and am very pleased with overall experience. My first contact with Napalm was a salesman named Daniel. He took time to answer all questions. I purchased this Motorcycle sight unseen from 240 miles away, I could of dealt closer to home but the way these two talked with me and kept me informed was great. The walk around on the motorcycle with the lead mechanic was extremely informing. It could not of been better. And one last comment about Daniel, he was the first person I spoke with on this purchase, and the last person that shook my hand as I drove off the lot. He did take care of me.Thanks Daniel, the bike is AWESOME!!!!
I was so impressed with the way i was treated by everyone that worked there. This is the first bike i have ever purchased and the employees did everything to make the process as easy as possible. I bought a 2012 Hyosung Gt 250 R Daniel my salesman was very informative on every specification on the motorcycle. He explained everything to me in a way that a novice rider could understand. This will not be the last bike i buy from Napalm I foresee a long relationship with Napalm and there staff. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking to buy a new or used bike
These guys are awesome. I came in on during the ROT rally weekend to get new tires, inspection and oil change and everyone was really nice. Daniel the salesman took a lot of time to talk to me about the new and used bikes while I was waiting. Mike the parts guy spent a lot of time over several days getting the right tires ordered. Dan the mechanic was really detailed and took the time with my complicated bike to get everything right. Barry the manager took time to make sure everything was done right and Blair helped out too.
I had the best experience purchasing my bike from NAPALM!!! Titus, Daniel and Corey are the best!!! I bought Titus's personal bike.... 07 Arlen Ness Vegas Jackpot. Fully decked out and ONE OF A KIND!!! You will not see another bike like mine on the road.... unless Titus decides to build another one, to which, I'll have to purchase from him to make sure that I am representing him!!! YOU WANT A BIKE?! NAPALM BABY!!!! "I LOVE the smell of Napalm in the morning..... smells like...... VICTORY!!!!" Hoah!!!!
Best Motorcycle Shop in Austin!!!! I've taken my bike here many times and they have fixed it perfectly every time. The owner is honest and has a sense of humor. I'm looking to purchase a motorcycle (Hopefully a Victory) in the near future and this is the place where I will purchase one (The sales guys are very friendly and helpful). The only issue I had was lack of signage (I passed by it the first time); They should put a motorcycle (or something eye catching) on the top of their sign.
So I went to Napalm Motorsports this weekend to check out a used bike they had. From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly and eager to assist me. I liked walking in and being greeted with respect and genuine interest. I worked with Ken in regards to purchasing the used bike I was interested in. He was very friendly and really made me feel welcome. I like working with someone who provides the same level of superior service regardless of the amount of money spent.
Ive been dealing with Napalm over 8 years, they are sincere and honest, nobody beats their tire pricing, as a matter of fact, they will usually match any price on anything out there, above all, they always made me feel like family, and thats huge for me, they always have coffee or offer a soda, if you have any questions, they will have or find the answers you need, they are the only motorcycle shop i wil get my two bikes worked on, thnx Napalm
Platinum Motorcycles is awesome! They always meet or exceed my expectations. They speak plain English and don't cut corners. These guys are the real deal for repairs and customization. They are also very good at working within your budget. Let's face it, we aren't made of money but we do want to ride a sweet bike. They can help you get your bike the way you want it by doing the work just a bit at a time if possible. I highly recommend them!
These guys are amazing! I had a chain that almost came off my bike and started swinging sideways. The guys got on it right away since it wasn't safe to continue to ride. They also found (and showed me) how the sprockets were all eaten up. They took care of those quick fixes because they are enthusiasts and care about their customers and their customer's bikes. I didn't even buy the bike there! Their customer service is the best!!!
