Hands down the LV Austin (TX) Domain location has the worst customer service. I own a few dozen LV pieces from NYC stores and from the Tampa, FL store from where I previously lived. I can't imagine purchasing another one from this Austin Domain location after my experience with the only handbag I've bought at this store was terrible. The sales associates are snots and rude. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Get it together Louie, y'all sure sell your items with a high enough mark up to hire competent sales associates who are willing to help.
Agree with other reviews. Rude associates and my bag has a hardware connector piece which pulls hair out of my head and they said too bad. Nothing they can do to help me. This was a gift from my husband and I hate that I cannot use it without unbelievable pain.
