This place is by far the easiest and quickest way to buy a car. Fire Cleaning Services does muchh more than cleaning. The description should say handy man service. I had bought some peel/stick tile (real metal, limestone) but when it was originally installed the installer didn't add additional adhesive and a big section fell. It cant be replaced as thwy no longer make this product. It was up in no time and I have no doubt it will stay this time. Professional, honest, affordable...I highly recommend!!!
A Friend of mine bought a car from JD, however the airbag light and some warning lights were on- when we pointed it out to them they said it was already scheduled to be taken care of and assured her that it would ALL be fixed and in perfect working condition when it was turned over to us. Joseph told her that His wife drove the car for several months and that he wouldn't put her in a car that he wouldn't put his own family in. She purchased the car AND put $10000 cash down on the deal only to be taken advantage of. When the car was originally given to her "Fixed" there were still warning lights on the dash, JD promised her that the problem was fixed and that after she drove a few hundred miles the lights would turn off because the "sensors would reset". Well after driving the car for a day not only was the warning light still on BUT the check engine light came back on. She contacted JD and took the car back to them after the weekend passed. They put her back in a loner car and told her they would take care of it. The car was given back to her a second time with the warning light still on However the check engine light was off (Due to clearing the code in the computer) but the warning light was still on. JD gave her the same BS that "After she drove it for several miles-the sensors would clear and it would turn off" because according to them "The car was in perfect condition and had 0 problems.”She took the car to the manufacturer only to find out that the car needed $12000 worth of work and that this was a known problem that had obviously been going on for a while. BMW told her, if his wife drove the car more than a few days then he knew about the problem. she immediately contacted JD in the best way possible giving them the benefit of the doubt only to be made to feel like she did something wrong. After this news, JD has ignored all calls and texts not caring at all what this is doing to his customer. It’s costly, she will have to hire her attorney.
The salesman, Ryan, is a flat out crook. I bought a truck here. Paid for TTL and then he never filed the Title Paperwork. After 45 days, when I went by to see where he was on getting the paperwork filed, I got a song and dance and an "I'll get right to it." when I went by 20 days later, He had moved all of his vehicles off of this lot. I don't know where he has gone now. I am out nearly $1200 because I had to get a bonded title and pay ( a second time) for the tax on the truck.
Our HOA used Reconstruction Experts to replace our roofs and windows after a hail storm. First, the workers were not at all professional and I honestly did not feel comfortable at all with them in my house. That I can look past though and is not why I'm writing this review.The first issue, and again I wouldn't have taken the time to write a review for this is that they didn't even know which of my windows they were supposed to be replacing and ended up ripping out the wrong one... They brought in a new one to replace the old one and it was about a foot too short. Eventually they procured a window that was the right height but it is not a 100% match to my old windows. The top of the sliding piece of glass is not at the same level as on my other windows and the white "lattice" bars inside the window are a different style. So they ripped out my perfectly good window only to replace it with one that doesn't match the rest.Like I said though, that wasn't why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because of the dryer vent they installed and their piss poor customer service after screwing that up too. They used a cheap hood with a wire mesh grill for the dryer vent. I of course didn't know this until my dryer stopped drying and I had to call out a handyman that could figure out what was wrong and fix it. When he got up on the roof he saw that though the dryer vent clearly stated in both english and spanish that "wire grill must be removed if using as a dryer vent", the wire mesh was still there. As you can imagine, lint got stuck on it and completely blocked the flow from my dryer. This service cost $250 which reconstruction experts has not reimbursed me after over a year of fighting. Their excuse? "We haven't been paid in full by your HOA so we can't reimburse you." Please tell me how that is my fault or problem. You screwed up (basically everything you did) and you should fix the problem/make the customer happy. I am very far from happy...

A lien dispute could also be prevented by performing due diligence prior to picking a contractor, as any contractor with good credit and a long track record of satisfied clients should have no trouble paying for materials and labor once all contract conditions have been met.
Once work is underway, it's never a bad idea to check up on the progress of the job, either by staying in touch with the contractor over the phone or visiting the site in person.
