About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

That aspect aside from fixing my car, and went above and beyond to assist me with my concerns over the costs. Knowing I'm dealing with an established business. I will never go anywhere else!

About 6 months ago, I took my car here for an oil change and I asked them to rotate the tires at the same time. $40 with synthetic oil. Sweet. The next time my oil change was due, I did it myself (yes, I'm a girl and I know how to change my own oil). I did not rotate my tires. Then yesterday, I got a flat tire. Two of my lug-nuts would NOT come off! I tried, a nice road worker tried with his impact wrench, and then my boyfriend tried. My stud broke OFF! Why!? Because the last people who put my lug-nuts on put them on too tightly. I had to pay to have my car towed to the nearest shop, and they had to replace two studs and all 4 lug-nuts. What should've taken me 10 minutes and $0 took 1 ½ days and $190. Manager ANDY told me that they couldn't do anything for me (even though it was their fault). He told me that had I had it towed to their shop, they could've fixed it for $15..but I don't want to pay them anything. It is THEIR fault. And I still would've had to pay a towing fee.

We had the unfortunately had used Brake Specialists in Austin & Round Rock & Hutto Texas to try to maintain our fleet and they destroyed our fleet within 6-month period and charged us over 24k they would repair something supposedly and as soon as we would try to run the vehicles they would either break down because of the same reason they had improperly fixed or we would take it back and they would charge us additional fees and say something else needs work we did not know that these guys Paul Goocher the manager of the Hutto Store is a rip Off Expert learning there trade threw his boss Jamey Whitlock which is to generate bogus repairs and rigged repairs to bring vehicles back which Goocher gets a kickback from. Due to there negligence they put us out of business and the last straw was a repair they had done again was botched and Goocher promised to send a technician and did not honor his word we called Jamey Whitlock directly and after long conversation he did not care and basically said they have so much business ripping off especially commercial vehicles that him putting us out of business didn't mean nothing to him Jamey Whitlock Is A Criminal

Avoid this place at all costs. I had my brakes done, and two weeks later, they were squeaking. I went back, they resurfaced my rotors and told me that they recommend that I get new calipers. I asked if it needed to be done right then and was told no. I went in about two months later since my brakes were squeaking again. Had the caliper service done at that time. Guess what? Brakes still squeaking. Went back again and was told they were going to put on new brake pads and resurface the rotors again. I am also told I need new Calipers. When I tell Manny I already had those done, he responds with an "Oh, must be under a different invoice"..I'm confused. If resurfacing didn't work the first two times, why would it work now. Also, did you even inspect my vehicle or just say I needed Calipers. Were they not done on my last visit? I paid for them to be done. I was then told a price it would cost to resurface since I now needed these new pads. When I questioned Manny, he starts clicking on the computer and tells me another price. I question him again and am told yet another price. I tell him no thank you and leave. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
