I can't tell you how long I've been a PC fan. In fact I remember back when I used to have heated debates with people who would want to buy an Apple computer. I remember how avid I was against their product and how much I was in support of PC. Well little did I know that support was in poor kn…
I have recommended this service to my clients for many years. They never disappoint me. They are on time to give their extremely reasonable bids and almost always notice something else among the trees that needs a nip and they throw that in as well. If they are running late ( only happened once…
22. Apple Moving
Fast, Friendly, AffordableI've moved a lot in my lifetime... From mountains to big cities, to deserts, I've moved all over the country. But when I moved to Austin in the beginning of 2014, I needed a local mover to help me unload a truck. I wasn't looking for anything too fancy (or expensive),…
I found this nearly hidden lunch-time treasure 5 years ago. It's the best lunch spot in town - the daily special is always a great choice - the Salad Sampler allows you to really try out the pastas and salads. The tomato basil soup is the best I've ever had. It's not easy to spot - Look for t…

Came in a frantic rush looking for a iPhone 7 plus ! It was the end of this staff's (Aron) shift and he has somewhere important to be he stayed all the way through a rough process and saved the day !!!!! I can not say anything but amazing things about him !!!!!
I had several problems with a new laptop I had purchased. The geek squad and staff made it easy for me as I was sold a computer that was a lemon. FYI best buy has no control over this because it comes straight from the manufacturer this way. The staff will make sure that you are buying the right computer for your needs and that you should at least consider The Geek Squad for virus protection and future damaged laptops. Go see them if you are in need of a new computer and I strongly recommend the brand Asus if you are looking for a personal computer!
Bought my game boy 3DS, sound system, MacBook Air and Apple Pencil from here. the staff is always friendly and ready to help you. Prices are good.
Had an Xbox controller go bad shortly after picking it up. Got the service contract but decided to reach out to Microsoft. Wrong choice- after a three hour chat with support they agreed to replace it. It was painful... Then they said I had to pay for shipping to return it! So I brought it back in to Best Buy and they just swapped it out on the spot! Take that, Microsoft support!
My whole shopping experience was excellent and I was in and out very quickly. The store itself was clean, well organized and fully stocked. Will definitely comeback and recommend!
This is the most helpful Best Buy I have ever been to. I came in with a lot of questions about random things like commercial refrigerators and they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. The store manager is the most helpful person there and I will definitely come back to this Best Buy for his help!
They were very helpful, I don't know why others complained so much but I was in and out within 30 minutes when buying my 27 Inch iMac, Very satisfied. Thank You Apple!
I love this place. Has everything anyone could think of electronically speaking. If you havent been in here and you need electronics do yourself a favor and go check Fry's out.
My phone needed to be replaced under warranty. The 'genius' agreed. But the same color was not in stock so I would have to wait three days. I asked that it be replaced with another color and was told that was not possible. "Not our policy." I asked to speak to a manager, who was summoned. I waited a good ten minutes or more for her to arrive. When I again asked for a replacement in any other color, Sam said she simply could not do that. It was against policy. When I repeated asked why, she could only say "it's against our policy" or "that's a very good question", neither of which was an acceptable answer. She offered to reserve a phone for me at the store across the city--they did have one. I was not happy to have to waste even MORE time driving across city traffic to get my phone when GOOD customer service (which this definitely was NOT) would have simply made me happy in the store with another color. We went round and round on this issue and Sam would not budge. As a manager, she should have the option of breaking policy when necessary to make a customer happy but apparently neither she nor Apple are interested in that. Having heard afterward that a friend in California with a similar issue WAS, in fact, offered a phone in a different color as a replacement, made me even less happy with this entire episode. In the end, I drove across town to get the phone. Sam did offer a couple token items as "compensation" for my time, trouble and cost of doing so, but it hardly took away the bitterness she created in her unwillingness to make a simple "exception" to a rule that would make a customer happy. This is particularly so when I found that another store in another city DID do what I asked Sam to do.Apparently Apple is really NOT interested in happy customers. It would have taken VERY LITTLE for her to turn around the problem and she was entirely unwilling to make that effort. It seems to me that Apple needs to re-examine its policy (if, in fact, that IS the policy) as well as giving more training in customer care that will leave a customer happy rather than bitter.I doubt anyone at Apple who might be reading this will care enough to read it all the way thru and actually do something about it, but I hope I'm wrong.
