Unfortunately, this is the mistake I made when I trusted this place and I got my loan through Rabih Chamseddine. In the beginning, he educated me about the loan and the requirements. After closing, I received a mail from Cenlar that they bought my loan. Cenlar is the worst mortgage company anyone will have. You have to call and call to get what you need. Rabih didn’t inform me at all of this change and they sold my loan to another company. Even when they increased my payment the second year, I contacted Rabih and his respond was that if you can’t afford the house, try to sell it or rent it. I told him isn’t about that; it’s about the fact you changed the loan company without my consideration. So, if you want to get a loan, make sure you STAY DAMN AWAY from Rabih Chamseddine, and Cenlar.

I got Austin First reference from another buyer. Their pricing was very attractive. i checked some online sources before I started working with them. They are among the top loan processors in the country. There were negative reviews online but I didn't experience any difficulty during the process. They were very nice to work with and helpful throughout the process. I strongly recommend them. Danielle and Xia worked with me during processing. Nancy was quick to make pricing offer. They all did a great job.

My dog and I walked by your bank and was cleaning the grass field in front when your security guard came out to thank us giving us water and snacks for my dog and self. Your security officer was friendly and even played with Loki for a bit. He advised your manager sent him out with the snacks and water. I was extremely impressed especially with the dog treats and your security officer's professional and friendly manner.
I would stay away from this company if you want good customer service and not get screwed over. Also the women there will get emotional when you tell her she was wrong, call you a liar, and hangs up. STAY AWAY
I completed a home purchase this summer with John's team, the fifth time I have used them over the past 15 years. Always very efficient and fast, with no last minute surprises like with some other I have dealt with (lot purchases etc.). Highly recommend.
Horrible experience with a loan. I applied for an RV loan at RBFCU online via their website which they recommended I do. A short time later they told me I was approved for the amount I asked for and the intereste rate. I was pleased so I agreed to go to the nearest branch and become member. I took 2 hours out of my work day to go to a branch, become a member, deposit money into my RBFCU checking & savings accounts just to then find out the lending department made a mistake and didin't realize the loan was for an RV. After keeping me waiting for 45 minutes they told me I would need an additional $2700 down payment (on top of the $1500 I already proposed for a $13K loan) and the interest rate was increasing 3%! This was completely different than what I was told over the phone. I spent a total of over 3 hours dealing with this issue and lost my $100 deposit I left with the RV dealership since they had the RV detailed and ready to go. I closed my accounts and moved on but the experience will be with me for a long time. This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with any type of loan. I use the word never very cautiously but I will NEVER use RBFCU again. Please reconsider dealing with this institution. They are clearly greedy and do not care about customer service.
One of the worst bank that I've ever been with. I have contact the Commercial Business branch Manager her name Sunita Murti . I called her as new client who wanted to join to their bank. I barely finished my name to let her know who i am and why am contacting her as professional manner required that. She's right a way said not now call me later and she disconnect the call. What type of person who has that Zero respect to other's??? What type of manager that she which i believe never respect her job and herself.!!!!!! I never experienced that salvage before!! But am 100% sure that she reflect the bank itself as it is!!! I was wondering if the manager has that nastiness so what about other employees!! or even their CEO Gary L. Owens otherwise will not keep that person to represent the Bank as it is. Zero Star absolutely!!!! Everybody should avoid those nasty people!!!
Awful Bank, do not do your banking here! When you get fraudulent charges on your debit card they will do nothing to help you try and get your money back. We have contacted them several times, gone in to fill out the paperwork, and still no help. If you want yourself protected then go to another bank. This bank will NOT protect you, your money will be GONE!
