We noticed that our card was double charged after we left. We returned and spoke to the manager. She was beyond rude. Said it wasn't her problem and that we need to talk to our bank. We don't plan to return because of the poor customer service. Will gladly drive down the street to Speedway.
Property was stolen out of my vehicle during a cleaning. The manager Tyler spoke and treated me as a customer very rudely. They searched my vehicle looking for the stolen item, I felt like the thief. Did an "investigation" which of course turned up nothing. Spoke rudely saying there is nothing I can do take it to the Bainbridge police. So for $38 I was robbed, treated bad and have to go spend time in the police station. Thanks Waterway!
