Antes me encantaba la comida, no se q fue lo q paso q un día q fui estaba muy salada la comida y la salsa.pero ayer q regrese pedí un taco de tripa y tenía una piedra. realme no lo recomiendoun pésimo servicio con las meseras tambien.
I really wanted to give 0 stars! I've been going to BCs since I was a kid now I call it BS (bulls***) because the service sucks since 2014 , there kinda rude at times & they never answer! Last time I went in and ordered a chicken sandwich I waited over 30 minutes then just left! Definitely told all my friends & they agree & have stopped going as well. I mean no harm but when your in business you don't want to do bad business! And I've complained already! Get it togather because it only hurts your business!!

Dont know how long this place will be around..I had been going for over 15 years and a simple request..like wanting your sauce on the gyro was a issue..I will not go back...what ever happened to pleasing the customer! Some people like sauce on and some dont..so meet in the middle..
IM the new owner of BC`s Sandwich Shop. Come eat and have a good time, new hours and new menu. I speak English and its not nice to judge people there was a bad language barrier and I hope people would now come back!
I loved taking my family to eat there until today 8/29/2014 That i bought tacos came home and for our surprice my son found a worm in his tacos so discusting never ever eating there and people make shure u see what ur eathing before u put it in ur mouth
About Panchos Family Restaurant, Aurora, IL 60505I have been a long time customer of this establishment, where normally the service and food are good. Unfortunately as of recent this location has been on the decline, two weeks ago I went in the evening and we waited about 45 mins for food which was weird for this location finally when the food came out it was luke warm but I did not make anything out of it, everyone has there days right? So this afternoon around 1PM I went here for lunch with which I though was one of the better waitresses serving us, the drinks came out quick but then people that were seated after us started getting there food, finally after 40 minutes, yes 40 minutes another waitresses that just served her customer that was only waiting 10 mins for drink and large food plate in total came over to us and said of they forgot to put your order in. Huh? They was no reason to stay after that, I got up offered to pay for the drinks and left, the bartender did apologize recognizing that we at least frequent this location weekly when Crystal is working at her school.. Kind of our weekly date spot My daughter wanting her little meal, Not once did anyone come up to us and say hey I am sorry they forgot to put in your order, it would be even slightly understandable if it was busy. I will stay away from here going forward, sadly! But you do not treat customers like this and one of the main reasons that these large chain restaurants continue to thrive over small businesses.
