Worst customer service. They just want your money. The owner is full of it also. She tried telling me I had to pay her $50 for a service I never got done. She argued with me until she got her money. I went for my fill since I already paid, it's all new employees. Within a month, all the employees who worked there a while left.

As a regular I used to love the fact that I'd call and the girls would know everything I would get done just by the mention of my name. I called today for a fill and someone else answered. She was rude and sounded like she didn't like what she was doing, on top of the fact that she doesn't know a thing...every single time I come for my appointments I end up waiting more than 30 minutes. This place is falling apart and something is always happening. The professionalism isn't there, not that there was ever any.

Guess I should've read these reviews before coming in. I waited one hour just to get my service done, one hour!!! They don't care about anyone's time.

I finally have time to write this review that I've been meaning to write since my appointment. First, let me start off by saying that this place is by far THE WORST salon and day spa I have EVER been to. My appointment was at 10:00am, I purchased their groupon for my hair. I arrived at 9:50am since I always like being early. My hair stylist didn't assist me until 10:15am!!!!!! As I was sitting there waiting, I can hear all the employees talking, laughing, and swearing down the hall. I was contemplating on leaving, but I didn't want to deal with the process of returning my groupon. So my experience while waiting, was very frustrating. Then the stylist came to get me, again, 15 minutes late....she sat me in a station, asked me what I wanted, then left.....again there I am clueless about what's going on... She finally returned and started doing my hair. Another heavier set stylist walked in and was assisting her client. The entire time the stylists didn't carry on any sort of conversation with me or the other client. They both walked out and didn't even check on us. We were both looking at one another wondering when they would be back. For me, if you are a stylist and love and enjoy what you do, then why would you just leave your client alone?? I'm used to the stylists always carrying conversation with me, asking me if I needed anything, etc. I walked out of the salon area to find a bathroom and I noticed in the back, what I assume is the break room, I saw both stylists just sitting on the phone, and another tall girl swearing her life away and complaining. After my hair was done, which let me add looked horrible, I went to check out and they charged me an additional $20 for some treatment add-on that I NEVER AGREED to adding. The stylist didn't even mention adding anything that would be an additional charge. I left there very upset. I don't even think the stylist I had was experienced. There prices are there website are way to high, the service is terrible, the room in the back is very loud and you can hear everything in the waiting area and in the salon. I was in need of looking for a new salon to make as my go to salon. Definitely marking this place off my list. As I was talking to the other client, she told me that they had rescheduled her appointment several times. DO NOT waste your time in this place. Yes, the groupon is a decent price. But you get what you pay for. I now really understand that statement. If you want a good hair/color/cut, spend the money for it. This place seems like they are just there for the paycheck and that's it. They will not take their time or even leave you happy with your service. If I had the option of rating this salon negative, best believe I would. As a mother of two toddlers, I was really looking forward to a day of pampering myself. That day turned out to be a nightmare.

Overpriced. Consistently reschedules eyelash appointments last minute. Your time means nothing. Was rescheduled 3 times last minute for lash fill, still have $$ on my account that I will never use. Beware.
