Me and my uncle just had hair cut here (7/5/2018 at 7:45PM). The lady (not to be racists here but she is Mexican, aged mid 40's) who did the cut was unprofessional. She doesn't have patience and just wanted to finish the job is couple mins. We were the only customers there and it wasn't before closing time. I visit place frequently and get cut with Mike who is truly professional. Please do your self a favor and try avoiding this location or call and check if Michael is available. To that lady - pls have some patience, take your time (just 5 mins is enough) and then cut. DONT RUSH. The world is not going to end.

My yorkie is 17 years old. Now poor guy is blind and deaf, of all grooming places I took him they could not work with him because they could not handle him. They even cut him. Bark Ave was able to work with him and did an exellent job. Been there twice now and both time they did an exellent job.
Like the first customer say stay away!!!!! There are overcharging clients and asking very unprofessional when scheduling appointments , I tried getting one stylist that works there because she confirmed my appointment and the day of she canceled. Never Again!!!
Horrible!!! This place should be shut down. Am sure those people have no cosmetology license!!! They have NOOO idea what the're doing. Went in with layers for a trim and the guy completely chopped my hair off so uneven you could see the rough lines going down my head. Then he very proudly said "here see the back" like as if he had done a good job! These people still charged $15 for the trash job they had done to my hair... went to fix the hair somewhere else and the people were astonished when they saw the horror on my hair. Hat do cit my hair wven shorter due to these morons! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! These idiots are lucky they don't get sued!!
Excelente servicio!!!! Experiencia profesional en todos los servicios, Cortes para toda la familia, color, rayos, maquillajes , peinados y mucho mas
I went to another local salon and was in tears when I left with a horrible bulky sewin and out of $120 bucks. While browsing the internet looking for a salons that specialized in hair extensions I came across A Princess Palace at first I wasn’t sure what or where this hidden jewel was. I didn’t bother to set up a consultation because I just knew anyone could a better install of a weave then what I had done. So I booked an appointment for a full sewin & lace frontal it cost me a $25 deposit at first I didn’t want to pay before I got my hair done let alone a deposit, but I was desperate later I realized that was the best $25 deposit I have ever paid! I arrived to the upstairs suite and was greeted by the most friendliness women who I knew right away from her look she was a stylist. We sat in the intimate salon space where another stylist was and we actually had a conversation about my hair, my concerns and my dislikes over a cup of coffee. I felt comfortable right away no one else was in the small space and I felt I was free to express myself and show the horrible job I had done. Princess and Dana never made me feel uncomfortable while looking at my hair we came up with a hair plan and began to take out my horrible weave job literally 5 hours and $185 later I was amazed I felt fabulous and the $25 deposit was applied to service balance and I ended up only paying $160 when I left. Yes this place may cost you a few dollars more but it’s worth it, I now know you really get what you pay for.
I got my hair done here about a year ago and the owner fried my hair. Chunks of my hair were literally falling out. I almost cried. I asked for a balayage and she over processed my hair. It has taken me a year to get my hair healthy again and it is not 100% healthy yet. I have curly hair and for an entire year I was unable to straighten my hair because of how damaged it was. I guess you get what you pay for and I spent $120 to get my hair damaged.
Cut niceLike how they cut my hairCuts my hair how i say to cut it its near my house does my favorite hair cut line up and faded
If i could give them no stars I would. I used to live in Chicago and needed a new hair stylist. I came here and was promised to have my hair how I wanted. I gave it a try, i wanted it a certain type of Red, i know Red doesnt last too long but not even 3x of washing my hair, it turned orange/brownish(it didnt even come out the red i wanted but whatever. I just did my hair less than 2 weeks ago. Black Friday to be exact. I went to explain to Susie(stlyist who did my hair) n she riggt away got her manager. They said she told me red only last 2 weeks, now if someone told me, i would pay $100 to have my hair a certain color for only 2 weeks, do you think i would waste my money? Hell no...an im sure no ome else would either. They didnt even apologize, for the bad hair dye they put on my hair. I had my hair red before and it lasted more than 2 weeks. This place is very unprofessional and they do do not do hair good. I would never recommend anyone to go there (atleast not to Susie) This was the worst experience and most unprofessional salon i have ever been to in my life.
Great place. See you soon. The person that did my hair , treat me respect she is a very nice and hard worker.
