DO NOT USE HOUSE OF BRIDES UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING TO BE RUINED.We chose House of Brides because it was the site with the cheapest dresses we could find on the internet. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses in late January for my best friend's wedding which was May 18. House of Brides notified us that we would be getting our dresses in mid April. When May 1st rolled around we decided to take matters into our own hands and contact House of Brides. It was not until I took initiative myself that they realized there was a problem. After about 50+ phone calls to them over a 2 week span (since they never can call anyone back) we figured everything out, or at least we thought we did. So many things went wrong, one of the dresses was completely wrong. We were to have short red sweetheart neckline dresses and one of the girls got a long halter top dress. House of Brides knew they would not have have the time to have the designer make this dress, so they made a make shift one. As for the other dresses, we got them A DAY before the wedding. I had to get mine altered and had to spend an arm and a leg on alterations since it was such short notice. Another girl got in on the day of the wedding since she was from out of town and the dress that was delivered to her parent's house was actually the wrong dress as well. It was a long dress with a halter top. She had to rush to an alterations store to take care of it ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING and she had to miss the bridesmaids luncheon and hair/ makeup appts. I called and called House of Brides for them to do something for all of us. All I asked for was a partial refund for the girls who got their dresses the day before the wedding and a full refund for the girls whose dresses were wrong. I do not know what they did about the girls whose dresses were wrong but I know as for the partial refund they refused to give that to us. They blamed the designer's lateness and did not take any form of responsibility. All I got was a "Sorry for any stressed caused". It was not a sincere apology at all. No bride should ever have to go through a bridesmaids dress fiasco like my best friend did and they won't as long as they DO NOT USE HOUSE OF BRIDES. Yes, they might be cheap but their customer service is terrible and they do not care about you or your wedding what-so-ever. Your weddings is supposed to be an exciting time and House of Brides only brings stress and unhappiness. Say "I DON'T" to House of Brides.

The experience buying a dress for my wedding was wonderful. I would recommend Wolsfelt's to anyone looking for a hassle free experience buying a dress. They listened, and stayed within our budget (actually under) and the dress was perfect. I also got my bridesmaid dresses here, and they went well with my dress, thanks to the help of the staff there.
This is simply an amazing bridal shop. After coming here for the first time for bridesmaid dresses for a friend's wedding, I knew I wanted to return in looking for my own wedding dress. I found my perfect dress here at my very first appointment. Even after looking at other stores just to be sure, I never found a dress that really compared or the same quality of customer service. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sharon did such a fantastic job on my alterations. I think the best part about Wolsfelts is you know you're getting a unique selection of dresses and the best service around.

A great experienceI have been looking for a gown for weeks and have been to several bridal stores. My experience at Wolsfelt's was so different. My consultant actually listened to what I wanted. I was able to find a great dress in line with my budget in exactly the style I wanted. It was beautiful. The person that did my alterations was amazing. I am happy!
I literally found the dress of my dreams at Wolsfelt's Bridal, thanks to my stylist Andrea. Unfortunately, the dream stopped there. From my first fitting all the way to the day of the wedding, the service at Wolsfelt's was atrocious. When I tried on my dress for the first fitting, it did not fit. According to their measurements, I had gained 5 inches in my hips and waist, and 2 inches in my bust. In actuality, I had lost 10 pounds and doing cardio 4-5 days a week. The managers did very little to help the situation, and actually told me that I was probably working out wrong and my muscles had gotten bigger. By 5 inches?!? They finally basically realized that they ordered me the wrong size dress, so they ordered me a new one. All was well. When my new dress came in, I had lost another 15 pounds so it was huge (which I was expecting). Alterations were done and I was told I could pay partially now and partially later for the alterations. I go upstairs and they tell me I owe $540...the full amount. I tell them that the seamstress told me I could pay some now and some later. They told me she was wrong and that, they were sorry, but I had to pay. So I obviously had to pay. When I go to my final fitting, my sister and I notice that the clasp at the top of the dress is very loose. My sister tells the seamstress, and the seamstress says she will DOUBLE check to make sure it is fixed for the day of the wedding. I leave feeling very confident and SO excited about my dress. The day of my wedding I am zipping up my dress, and my sister is silent while she tries to clasp it. She tells me there is nothing to clasp the dress closed. I guess the seamstress did not DOUBLE check after all. So my photographer, who was amazing, comes up with the solution to tear a clasp off of a bra and sew it onto the dress. This worked great. In the meantime however, I was having a mini heart attack that I was going to have a dress that did not close. My mother called Woslfelts later to tell them what had happened and how disappointed we were, and the manager told her that I signed off on the dress so it was not their problem. Yes, I sign off on the dress trusting that you, as the professionals, did what you were supposed to. They also claim that my dress never had a clasp, and that we were lucky they did not put one on or they would have charged me. So clearly these people do not care about their brides because this experience was the worst of everything that happened to me throughout the wedding process. My dress turned out beautiful, but not in much thanks to them. DO NOT USE THEM.
HORRIBLE!!!!! They are RUDE, inefficient, and uncaring!! They made my entire bridal experience a disaster! I would not recommend them to anyone. It's not just this store either, although they are the worst offenders. The entire chain is just atrocious and extremely rude. They honestly don't care about you, your big day, or your business.I will NEVER go there again. They are beyond HORRIBLE!!! If you want a bridal experience and to feel confident that your dresses will be correct, do NOT go here! Honestly, I regret going here for the dresses and it's one more thing I have to worry about!
Do not go here!! I was one of six bridesmaids and they took our money back in June and one week before the wedding in October they said they couldn't fill the order!!!! But everyday before that they promised us the dresses would be on time!! If they were completely rude and lied to us everytime we called!! Then when they admitted the dresses would not be in they refused to refund the 6 credit cards and said they would pay the bride the complete amount. Do not go here! It was a total nightmare!!
