I've worked with these guys for years now. As has my whole family. We love this place. We all drive Subarus that we bought from them and they are super knowledgeable about the mechanics of the cars. They are also very helpful when maintenance/repairs are needed and I always recommend them to my friends when they are looking for a good quality Subaru. Thanks guys! -the Smile family.
These people are terrible. They are rude and use offensive language. I went there on a Saturday, my day off, to buy a car my husband had seen and thought I would like. They said I was buying the car for him because he looked at it the day before. Which was not true, then they refused to give me a number to speak with the owner or tell me when the owner would be there. The owners son is who I was talking to, he hung upon me. He was also the one complaining about selling cars to any one because it was 2:00 and he wanted to leave at 4. The woman who was there was also rude, when I asked for the owners info.
Terrible company, can't be trusted. Always late and they don't show up on time..... Goose anyone elae
This company sucks ass. They over charge you. Cars are worthless. I bought a car that needed a power steeing pump. They charged me 1000 for it. The customer service is non existence. The owner is a ride fuck. Glad I paid it off and never again will I buy or send anyone to them. Fyi. They don't have a referral plan either
R.Howard Great companyGreat people I'd recommend them to anyoneYou cannot buy a used car and expect to but no work into it.
Meh. Bought a car, was excited, worked for about 6k miles and then I noticed the tires were balding. No big deal. I went to get new tires and was informed that the alignment was way off, that it needed a CV boot and tie rods. Also - the passenger headlight went out two days after I got it (had a loose wire that I kept fiddling with to get the light to work for about a week before the connection went out). Then the catalytic convert kept tripping the 'Check Engine' light. So...a $5800 car I bought and was told 'she's good to roll, you should have any issues' ended up costing me about 1600 within 3 months of purchasing. I like Subarus, but you can buy one off craigslist for $3500 (at least my model) and then you still have money to spare and hey, the difference between their pricing is extra change for random fix ups. I wouldn't buy from them again.
Buying your first car is always so exiting! I have never felt anything like this. Thank you, guys, for helping me to choose the most suitable car for myself. My twin brother and I decided to buy the same model. I managed to choose a 2010 Porsche Cayenne at your car auction, while he decided to purchase a car at repokar auto auction. I am happy that we've got our Porsche cars for our 21st birthday.
the 3 cars we got from them still run today going to get more from then soon for the ones that are saying you got a bad car from them maybe you need to look the cars u buy carefully
I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. This place is a total scam and they will lie over and over in order to get a sale. Here is my experience:I purchased a 2011 subaru wrx sti. I would have had a third party mechanic look the vehicle over but Jarrett lied and said that a trusted third party mechanic had looked it over and everything was done right and perfect so I went ahead and bought the car. Two weeks later I was going to get a tune and did a compression test only to find out that it needed the entire short block replaced due to cracked rings. After getting them to help some with the rebuild (because they're just so generous! hahah) I had to go to the same third party mechanic that "had looked over the car" before and he ends up telling me that he told them not to sell the vehicle because it had been beat on and had a whole list of problems. So Jarrett basically ruined a relationship that they had with that mechanic by making him look bad, screwed me, and made justus motors look bad as a whole, all to make 1 sale! Was the thousand bucks you made off commission really worth all this Jarrett? Rita is just useless. I'll give her credit for finding me financing but I have good credit so I'm sure that wasn't too hard. Anything else though and she has no idea and needs to call someone else to ask.Ive now put over 4 grand into the car and was without it for 3 weeks over 2 months just to have a properly running car with only 50k miles and I'm still putting money into it as i just found out that it needs a new seal on the power steering and a new fuel pressure regulator!Side note: they will say they only do appointments so they have more time with the customer but really they just don't want the customers to talk. last time I was in there a family was looking at a car with transmission problems while another person was waiting to talk about a truck with the exhaust falling off. obviously the three of us talking didn't work out well for the dealership. They buy garbage, cover up the problems and then you have to deal with it later.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Don't buy a car here I was over charged all most 15k for a car that's not even worth that much don't buy here worst experience ever
