I worked for Labor Ready for about a month in February of 2017. The work was easy but the "run around" I got was nauseating. They called each day to make sure I would be there, even though I signed my name to the schedule. They refused to respect me in any way at all. They acted like I had to work for them. There are a lot of jobs in the Denver- Metro area. I have to work but I do not have to work for them. They are very unprofessional. They hire at a low wage for the times. And, I do not believe they payed me all the money they owe me. If you go to work for this company, be ready. They will do everything they can to make your experience as miserable as possible. That is why I quit. It made me miserable to even go in. I like my work experience to be enjoyable. That is why I work. The money is needed but, I want to go to work somewhere not have to go to work there Heck, they are so unprofessional, they refused to call me by my middle name like I requested. They thought it was funny. I thought it was disrespectful. If you go to work for Labor Ready in Aurora, I hope you will have a better and more respectful experience than I did. GOOD LUCK!
I called Labor Ready on Alameda on 7-30-15 requested a laborer to a job site 1501 S. Patomac at 7:00 a.m.. The laborer never arrived. The only answer I received was, No one here know anything about it, a work order was not generated. Since my welder could not work without a fire watch I am out 4 hours of labor plus drive time. The Supervisor didn't really seem to care. Will not use Labor ready in the future.
