Calieb works at this store, and has been a HUGE help to me and my phone problems! He definitely knows what he is doing, and helped me get my info transferred over from my old phone to my new Samsung Cricket phone. Only problem I had was that he said he transferred ALL of my pictures from one phone to another, but turned out that was not true, and I lost 1 week of pictures that cannot be replaced. Everything else he did was fantastic!!!
Metro PCS 15453 E Hampden Ave Unit B Aurora CO 80013After purchasing more than 7 phones and being a customer of Metro PCS for more than three years, my disabled wife attempted to return a set of 12 dollar headphones that were broken which she purchased for our daughter last month. She, a disabled woman, brings in the headphones and receipt, gets nothing but static from the two young girls more interested in listening to music than helping a customer, the second young girl even goes as far to gode my wife with an "actually that was 31 days ago" statement ( she isn't even the one helping my wife and my wife has been out of state for medical treatment).The first girl states "I'll have to call my manager" and begins to explain the situation leaving out key details, my wife forces her to acknowledge the extent of the entire purchase (phone, case, earphones, etc..), and she angrily (and I'm serious her, an angry associate) relays the message.The end result was two very immature represtatives mocking my disabled wife as we left the store and not thinking about any consequence for their behavior. Too bad, will be porting away all three lines. $12 dollars vs a repeat customer (over 1,000 in equipment all from this store, and 3,000 in service), hmmm.... I wont do business with this company anymore and can only deeply recommend to stay far, far away from this poor excuse for a business.

Terrible experience... Arrogant, incompetent, and unapologetic.The $35 job that should warn you not to take your electronics here for repair.Called on he phone and ordered a new battery for my HTC (they took a deposit and ordered), one week later went in to the store and they had no record of the battery being ordered (even though my card was charged) they made an apology and ordered the battery. Received a phone call that the battery was in... dropped the phone off and returned 2.5 hrs. later, and they informed me they had the wrong battery... blamed on the supplier shipping the wrong battery, but probably they ordered the wrong battery (now I'm two weeks dealing with a failed battery). I ask for a refund of the deposit and the person at the counter (the owners son) is now copping a really bad attitude. He brings me my phone back from the back room and hands it to me, I ask "where the cover" he tells me "there was no cover on this phone when you dropped it off", I tell him "yes there was, you took it off right in front of me"... eventually he tracked it down, put it back on (one edge now will not snap shut), he says nothing, not "Gee, sorry about that, we're super busy and I forget you did have a cover.. my apology" NOTHING. Another guy comes out and starts apologizing and says "sorry, it's the owners son..." but at this point it's to late for me. The owners son is arrogant, treats his customers like "I'm doing you a huge favor", should probably be sweeping the place and taking out the trash, vs. dealing with the customers.
I just got my iPhone 5S screen fixed here at Cell Block. This is the 3rd time I've broken my screen (which is a personal problem lol) but this is also the CHEAPEST I've paid to have it repaired. Their customer service is excellent and they are always happy to help you out. And I can't forget to mention that they are true professionals and my phone came out brand new. I would hate to break my screen again but wouldn't mind coming back here for it either!
The most helpful and friendly and fast. Taera McDonald the store manager is very thoughtful. I have been with Verizon for 10 years I would recommend all my friends and family to visit her store fast and friendly staff
Manager Joseph is rude condescending and arrogant how he is a manager is beyond me. I will tell all my friends and family not to patronize that store as long as he employed there. I will be changing carriers as so as my contract is up and will encourage my family and friends to do the same.

My HTC one had water damage and I took it to two shops where they kept it a total of two months and tore it up a bit and never really fixed it. A rep at t- mobile suggested I try millennium and I am thrilled with the results! It cost 20 to diagnose,which the manager did while listening to my problem. Then in two days they fixed it perfectly!I am so thankful for this place and the wonderful manager!
REALLY GOOD SERVICE HAD AN LG G2 FIXED THIER ABOUT A WEEK AGO& IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY... my day couldnt of been more good they did it with out deleting any of my personal info*****
