Shelly G's originated as a Specialty Catering Operative, offering select menus from our favorite regions throughout the south where the food culture has launched our inspiration for the menus we offer and the style in which we cook and serve them in. Our goal is to positively distinguish our services in the catering community with refreshing menu concepts for the modern food lover and offering an interactive experience to be shared between them and the food, and here, there's only one way to bring out the rich, robust flavors of our great regional menus which is by using the highest quality ingredients along with seasonal ingredients, and using proper cooking techniques and specialized equipment. We have acquired everything necessary to be able to share our favorite dining experiences with our mile high patrons, and we do it with passion and love for what we do.
Each of our featured menus are designed for on-site cooking and can be served party style directly from the grill, large Paella pans, or atop big tables for Cajun boils, all in which can be set up inside or out. If the location or bad weather doesn't allow for it, or if it is requested, we offer beautiful buffet style set-ups for each of our menus and offer event planning services if your event requires tables, chairs, and flatware. We like to capture the theme of our menus and provide beautiful outdoor set-ups with gazebos to provide shade, linen covered tables for finger foods and hor d' oeuvre platters, music, and of coarse, equipment that allows us to prepare the main coarse on location.
